My AC stopped working during a heat wave. The filter was dirty and freon low, which froze the pipes. By the time they arrived, the pipes were thawed and the AC worked again. The freon was a little low, so they added some. They were very professional and courteous.

I could not ask for a better experience. We needed them to come the same day as we called, not just because it was going to reach 90 but also out of concern for my wife's 99 year old mother who lives with us. The owner and his assistant came in 4.5 hours. When he asked me to explain the problem, I hadn't even finished my first sentence before he said "capacitor". Within an hour he had completed all of the work (including replacing a dirty air filter for which I was not charged) and was gone. The a/c now works just great. I hope your experience is as good as mine was.

I didnt use the deal because this was a very basic offer. What I'm looking for and need is not included in this package. They are very very good and I am currently waiting on a new estimate for what I do need.

They got here around 1, were gone by 1:30 with a fixed unit! Very pleasant, professional, and got the job done quickly.

We needed to have our old heater and A/C replaced. We called AAA based on Angie's List reviews. They came out promptly to give us an estimate based on the size of our house. We scheduled the installation for the following week, and they came exactly on time, removed the old units and installed the new units and thermostat. They did an excellent job, cleaned everything up and explained about the filter, the warranty, etc. I would highly recommend AAA Brothers for any HVAC related work.

This turned out fine. They showed up when they said they would and it was done quickly. They installed a gas water heater. They were very professional and they got it done in the time they said they would.

Suggested UV light to be installed for cleaner air. Given newborn in home and low cost, we loved suggestion.

After many problems with my old HVAC system, my husband and I decided to purchase new system. I called AAA Brothers office on 6/9 and they sent someone out that day. They installed a Lennox HVAC system for $3999 on 6/11. They were on time and very professional. It took several hours to complete the installation by everything went smoothly and the system is working great! They also did a nice job of cleaning up their work area when they were done. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family!

It went well. They were punctual. I was able to set up an appointment within a couple of days. The system is working well and seems to be a high quality system. Price was good compared to competition.

We purchased a diagnostic service from AAA Brothers Heating and Air Conditioning for an older air conditioning unit that kept freezing up. They are very professional and called to say when a technician would be there. It was well within the timeframe allotted. They were very responsive from the get-go which we appreciated. Dave was our Technician took the time to explain all the steps of the process. He replaced a defective part and at a very fair price. Plus he gave my dog a little treat which was a very thoughtful thing to do and certainly not a requirement. When the unit was still acting up co-owner Igor came back to figure out what the problem was. And he did. He replaced that part at no charge and was willing to be here at short notice before I had to go to work. The airconditioning is working right for the first time in years and after a lot of other inspections. It's really wonderful. This is the company you'll want to use. When the unit needs to be fully replaced this is the company I will call on.

Went well called the day before they were scheduled to come said they had a cancelation . My son was home and the job went smoothly, I was very pleased.

When we returned home on Monday, January 20 we noted that the house was cold and the heater was not working. We had a service contract with PGW, but found they were closed for the MLK holiday! We checked Angie's list and found AAA Brothers. We called and even though it was after hours, they said to call back the next morning and they would get someone out to us. I called at 8am Tuesday morning and they told me a tech would be out between 11-12 am. A severe snow storm was predicted (and hit) for that day. They called throughout the morning to keep me updated on the technician's ETA. He arrived about 1:40pm, in the midst of a blowing snowstorm. The technician was polite and removed his boots when in the house (multiple times as he had to go out to his truck on several occasions). He reviewed the heater, showed us what was wrong and explained the repair. He also vacuumed out the unit and showed us how to do this ourselves in the future. The heater was fixed and working in less than an hour. I had been advised that the cost of the service call would be deducted from the total bill if the repair was done and I felt the cost was very reasonable. About 1 week later, a friend's heater broke and we recommended AAA Brothers. Our friends had the same great experience we did. AAA Brothers' customer service was outstanding and we couldn't be more pleased. We will definitely use them in the future and continue to recommend them.

Excellent Job!! I was looking to replace both of my 19 year old heat pumps. I was paying a fortune in heating bills so it was time for new units. AAA Bros came and took their time going over all options and prices, including manufacturer rebates and utility company rebates. Completely replacing 2 units so I knew the job was going to be pricey. We decided the units we wanted and they scheduled the install for within a week! One of the units had to be installed in the attic! Really tough job but they did great getting the unit up there and installed in there. I was impressed. We went for high efficiency units and noticed the huge savings in electric bill instantly! The only problems we had were that after a week one of the new touchscreen/wi fi thermostats went dead. AAA Bros came within hours of me calling to replace the unit right away. We actually have had 2 thermostats die on us. I think this is more of a manufacturing issue, definitely nothing to do with AAA Bros. In every case, they come within hours of my support call to fix any issues. Their service has been top notch!

It was end of season, the equipment was nonstandard, and it was a bitterly cold winter in the Northeastern US. Therefore, it took 10 days to get the equipment in. However, the initial service technician was very professional and went deeper into the system than anyone else to see if there was anything to save (there was not), and arranged for equipment on the spot.. Office backup was cordial and responsive. Installation was very thorough and professional with the nonstandard equipment. I have recommended AAA to all my neighbors. Thank you for your help.

He was phenomenal. He contacted me and came out within 2 days. The guy talked to me the whole time. He explained everything he was doing. He was so good. As a matter of fact I bought a new house and I am trying to sell the present house; he’s going to be my heating guy forever. He was unbelievable. He came into the house. He had to go back to the truck a couple of time. They came back in few minutes later and he brought everything with him. As he took my old heater apart he explained to me what he was doing which never happens with an oil heater. He showed me the part that he felt needs replacing. I asked him if he was replacing it and he told its part of the deal. He replaced about 2 or 3 different little parts. I was totally impressed with him. AAA Brothers Heating & Air Conditioning is definitely in my keep on ledger. It was a big deal purchase. There wasn’t any additional charge to it.

They arrived on time and did a good job. I had no problems with them, and I like that they told me that I was missing an oil filter with a shutter valve that the original installer had left out. I never would have known if they had not brought it to my attention.

I would highly recommend AAA Brothers and will definitely use them in the future.The day I called about my heater not working they sent someone out within 2 hours to have someone come out to check the heater. They came out and quoted us $3000 for a new heater or $4000 for a new heater and A/C (both were deals listed on Angies List). The gentleman that came out to give me a quote was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I decided to get the new A/C also since our A/C unit was very old and I have been having problems with it the past few years. The gentlemen that came to install the heater and A/C came out on time and worked constantly from 8:30am to 4pm. When the work was completed I had a problem with my debt card processing and the gentlemen at the office went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. The work I had completed and the products installed were high quality. Everyone I spoke to at the office and every technician that came out to my house were all very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I cannot say anything negative about this company and I would recommend them to everyone I know.

The previous appointment took the technician longer than expected and he came at about 7 PM. The office gave an update of the status and assured me that job will be done that day. He inspected the indoor and outside units, perform the measurement, and advised on dealing with mold in blower compartment. He was nice and professional.

They contacted me right away, and the deal couldn't have come in handy at a better time. They came out on time, and it was just a really good experience. I was really really happy. He was very knowledgable and showed me things that might go wrong in the future. I would definitely again if I needed to.

The two service techs came on time. They took apart the OLD boiler and installation of the new boiler took about half a day. The work area was left clean and spotless. They answered all my questions about the new boiler and I am happy with their work.
