Unfortunately I cannot find this appointment on my calendar. This is my mistake. Regretfully, when we are busy some things may fall through the cracks as we focus on jobs in progress. I appologise for any inconvenience. We will be taking steps to correct tihs problem.

Description of Work: I contacted Bonomi to build some retaining walls and a poured concrete and flagstone walk. I repeatedly reattempted to contact them again to change the appointment and did not get a timely response. I finally received a call the night before the scheduled appointment which I canceled. I can't honestly say how the job would have turned out since we never got that far, but I was unimpressed with their lack of response to my calls.

I do not know the exact amount of time that passed between the canceled appointment and the response but I did try to reschedule this appointment after it was canceled by the customer. I am in the field at times on jobs and am not always available to immediately respond to calls. From my recollection, the customer was not interested in the materials that I was proposing for the job. We do not work with natural stone and use mostly brick pavers and retaining wall block. I had every intention of meeting with this customer but after speaking I thought that we had both determined that we did not provide the services that she was looking for. - Tim Walker -
