Friendly, knowledgeable staff. This is the second chimney service they did for us. Stacey at the office was extremely helpful and professional. We had to keep postponing one of the appointments on the second service due to all the rains and bad weather but she stayed in contact with us and got us through it!

Kyle showed up when he was scheduled and after letting him know what I was looking for, he started working right away. When we discussed what needed to be done and what didn't, the price he gave me was reasonable and when I asked when he could start, he said he could deal with the immediate issues right then! Kyle is friendly and straightforward and now I have a fireplace/chimney person I can trust and I will recommend him to anyone.
