Scheduling was a breeze and the young man was very polite and professional. Showed up 10 minutes early. Took pictures of what he saw so he could explain it to me. I forgot to ask for a receipt so I called 2 days later and the office staff emailed it to me immediately. Highly recommend!

Job poorly done. Would not return to correct issues, even though appointments had been made for appointed dates and times. Just a NO show, never called to say was not coming. Roof damage occurred. Instead of fixing it properly just put tar over it. The roof was in good condition before he started. "24" hour answering was always by someone who did not answer telephone professionally. We hired Evergreen Chimney based upon the Home Advisors site. Not sure if we will that again.

This guy is not professional. He is not qualified. He likes to create a fight & has many issues; he was fighting with my neighbor. He did not patch my chimney cap/roof correctly and now it is leaking. The water is just pouring out of the area he patched. My bedroom is now flooded. They never picked up the garbage from the job and it has been lying there for two weeks. I hope no one else will use them.

They knew nothing about a gas fireplace. In fact this was a scam which cost me $50.00. If I had a true gas fireplace repairman as requested I would have the needed parts to make the repair. Chimney's are there specialty. I will never use their service again and will never use Home Advisor. Shame!!
