I had some minor problems that needed correcting. Steve was very thorough and completed the work quickly. He is very professional and competent. I will use him again and highly recommend him.

Steve and his assistant showed up exactly on time even though our appointment had been made a week and a half earlier. They are paragons of professionalism. Excellent service, top-quality work, with a minimum of fuss. Steve was able to find a breaker box with an unusual configuration to fit the space and bring order to a wiring setup that's been added onto helter-skelter dozens of times over the last 60 years. It probably took a bit longer than expected due to the complexity of the old jury-rigged wiring, but they took it in stride, did a great job, and I got more than my money's worth.

Contacted Stephen via Angie's List and responded very promptly that he could stop by the following day and provide a free estimate. After providing the estimating, we scheduled the work for the following week and Stephen came as scheduled and did a great job! We have used them in the past for other small jobs and they do a great job with competitive prices.

Called for service and they agreed to come out on Saturday (which I needed due to work schedule). Showed up 15 minutes early, brought proper tools including cleanup clothes and vacuum. Checked breakers, tracked tripped outlets and fixtures, removed three light fixtures until he discovered which one was arched. So happy to have service restored and am confident the wiring is safe.

When I called for a quote Steve was very prompt and responsive with setting up an appointment to provide a quote and then sending the quote, which he did over the weekend. His quote included several options for the kitchen lighting depending on which product I chose to have installed. We scheduled a date for the work to be done and it was done in a timely fashion in one day. I should add that the work did not involve running any additional or new electrical lines. Steve was very polite and provided information that helped me decide which product to choose. We spent a bit more on the exterior lighting. He purchased the materials for us as my husband had previously installed exterior lights from Home Depot which would not turn off/on automatically and had to be turned off/on manually. The lights have been in for almost two months and we are very pleased with the work. The exterior lights work beautifully and have been adjusted such that they don't light up the neighbor's area when they drive onto their car port. Would highly recommend Brady Electric and given any new electrical work, I will call on Steve again.

They were prompt returning my call and showing up for the work, They were there two hours and fixed the problem accordingly. He also sent me a video of the work, which I really appreciated the clear and honest communication.

There aren't enough words to commend Steve and Brady & Son Electric. Steve is VERY honest and knowledgeable, and the quality of his work is like none I've seen in a very long time. Within 5 minutes of contacting Brady & Son Electric on Angie's List, Steve had already gotten back to me and we worked out a time for a scheduled visit. Steve showed up on time and we discussed the job parameters of what would be needed. I suggested a couple things, but he stated I could use what I currently had. I really appreciated his honesty and that fact that he didn't think it was necessary to spend additional funds. We finalized the details and set up a date for him to come out and do the work. Steve was very punctual and showed up on time. He also took the time to prep the area he'd be working on to make sure my rugs and furniture would not be damaged. As he began to install the timer and wiring, he ran into an obstacle because of the way the existing equipment was set up. Instead of getting frustrated, however, he knew exactly what to do, and spent the extra time needed to properly install everything. After the installation was finished, Steve programmed the timer, checked to make sure everything was working properly, showed me how it worked, then cleaned everything up. He takes alot of pride in his work and I commend him for that. I was so impressed with Steve's work ethics and honesty that I have already scheduled another appointment for next week so he can fix my panelboard and circuit breakers. I highly recommend Steve / Brady & Son Electric. They were courteous, patient, knowledgeable, respectful, and efficient. I am confident that I chose the right people for my electrical needs.

Exceptionally well. Steve Brady was a great communicator. We exchanged several e-mails prior to installation, including a share of a photo of the box from the fan that I purchased. Steve noted that because it wasn't a simple exhaust and light fan (it had a heater) that he may need to run a separate line down to the service panel. He arrived on time, he and his partner put down drop cloths and did an expert job. As it turned out, we did need the separate line, he was prepared for same. When he removed the old fan, and installed the new one, he insured it would be stable by making sure the new fan was mounted to a beam in the ceiling versus just sitting on brackets above the drywall. Clean, efficient, professional and fair priced. I will be using him again in the summer to install a new garage door opener.

These guys are great! This was the most stress-free experience I've ever had. The work was done quickly, quietly, and efficiently. There was no push to get me to agree to unnecessary work. They even laid cloths down on the floor, to keep it clean. Will recommend Brady & Son to family and friends.

Initially, I contacted the company through their website, but did not get a reply. Then I saw the special Angie's List deal for $200 of service for $150. Once I paid for the special deal, the company contacted me promptly and set up an appointment for the next week. They arrived as scheduled and went to work quickly, using drop cloths to protect the floors and cleaned up any mess they made. They were very professional, courteous and friendly. I will definitely call them again and would recommend them to friends.

Steve Brady arrived to review our needs and provided some suggestions on lighting placement over multiple work areas. An estimate was forwarded by the next day . He and his associate came on time as scheduled. All of the work was performed to the highest quality without any errors or misunderstandings. The area was always cleaned and vacuumed. It was a pleasant experience throughout. Brady and Son is highly recommended without hesitation.

Another fantastic job by Steve Brady and his assistant, Mario. They are perfectionists and leave the site cleaner than it was before they arrived. Steve is a great guy, who has great customer service skills, a skilled electrician and as fair and trustworthy as they come....all wrapped up into one person.

Stephen was punctual and quick. He came out within 24 hours of our request for estimate. He was comprehensive and he knew is way around electrical workings in a large commercial space. The building owner ultimately decided to give the business to a contractor he has worked with in the past, after asking us to request this estimate. We would have hired this company if the last decision was on us.

I needed work done quickly before settlement and they were able to schedule me within the same week. The owner was very pleasant and wanted to know everything I needed to get done so he would have the proper equipment. They arrived a little late but let me know an estimated arrival time plus it was a Friday so that was somewhat expected. Once they arrived they were so fast and professional. Completed the job in no time and had all of the necessary equipment on hand. They were very friendly and explained everything that was done. I would definitely recommend them.

Received an immediate response once purchased online from Steve Brady - set-up the appointment that worked with my schedule. Steve and Mario arrived on time, we're professional and personable. Brady Electric was fantastic! They were extremely responsive and accommodating. We actually were having our 2nd child the day Steve and his team were scheduled to install the ceiling fans and they were able to do everything with very little instruction since we were at the hospital. Steve even went out of his way to buy and install required light switches and dimming lights without charging us! His prices were very reasonable and the work done was above expectations. The work was done on time, worked perfectly, and was done completely to our specifications. Steve was professional, prompt and pleasant to work with. In addition, he left our house as clean as it was before he started and his patch work required little additional work to paint over. Also, the price he charged was very fair, and was almost 25% below the highest estimate we received. We highly recommend him for electrical work and would have no hesitation to use him again.
