I have to say that this may have been the best experience I've had with a contractor. From the start Steve was very responsive. Steve and Mario did an excellent job. They arrived prepared and organized and conducted themselves in a professional manner. The completed work was neat and clean as were the work areas. I am very satisfied with their work and will definitely use them in the future.

Superb. Steve Brady and team are excellent. From the start he was consultative and provided me with lighting solutions that gave me the look and feel that I wanted. He knows what type of lighting works and looks best to suite the room. He came up with cost effective solutions to fix defective lighting in our built ins that looks great. He even suggested what shape of decorative bulb would look best in our chandelier and he was right. His pricing was competitive and honest. His team was so professional and polite, they performed the job on time, left the house spotless and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use them again.

Steve was wonderful. Not only did he find and fix the problem, last minute to put up a ceiling fan was not a problem. He was very clean and removed any debris left. He stayed a little longer than he expected but didn't charge me. Will never use anyone else for electrical work. Wonderful.

Excellent. First we called him to come and look at the wiring inside the garage, after an hour of checking the pairs to see what was wrong he decided it must be water getting into (the not so great) underground wire that was previously installed. He never charged us for an hour of his time because he did not fix anything. Mind you we had never used him before, we were not a returning loyal customer. I was already liking this guy. Months later we called back to have him finally did the trench and lay a conduit and a new wire (our backs had finally had enough of the heavy garage door). He came out to give us a free estimate and we did hire him and he came out as soon as he could dedicate a full day to the job. Not only did he lay the new underground wire he rewired the entire garage and did it properly. There are junction boxes, conduit, new outlets and fixtures. You would have never know they dug a trench through our yard as they left no mess and removed/replaced the grass perfectly. Had it not been the hottest day of the summer the grass may have survived, but you know what, my dogs have done worse to the grass and a little grass seed will go a long way. They went into the crawl space and hid the wire inside of it being stapled around the inside of the garage like it had been previously. He also installed a new motion detector security light. Amazing man and his coworker was fantastic as well. The work was done perfectly, cleaned up well and they were nice and personable as well. We would not hesitate to call again if we needed anything and we have already recommend his to our friends and neighbors.

I hired Brady & Son to create a new ceiling light fixture over a dining room table, which required running new wire since there was no fixture there before. Steve and crew did a great job, working quickly and cleaning up completely for a fair price.

We had another great experience with Brady & Son. The lighting looks great. Steve takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows. One of the best contractors we have ever used.

It was great. I called Steve in the morning and he was able to arrive a few hours later to accommodate our schedule. During the most recent storm, water had entered our electrical panel through the wires resulting in damaged circuit breaker. He replaced the circuit breaker and sealed the panel to reduce the chance of it happening again. He was in and out in under 15 minutes and even gave us a break in the price because of how quickly it went. I will absolutely use him again.

Very well. Steve replied quickly and visited my home to give me a quote. The quote was reasonable and I asked him to take the job. He was able to get to my house very shortly after and did a terrific job in re-wiring and resetting the post in concrete and installing the new lamp. He even replanted the flowers that had been planted at the base of the post. He was a pleasure to work with and I would use him again in an instant for any electrical work at my home. He is really an A+++.

If I could rate them higher than A, I would. Returned my call within a few hours (and I didn't leave a message until late afternoon); scheduled an appointment for me within 2 days; called when on the way; arrived on time; fixed the problem quickly and easily; and was just a seriously nice guy. Steve was very professional and was prompt in showing up on time. He also took time to explain what was needed to be up to date code wise with regards to the GFCI's in the kitchen and basement. He also provided several options for our bathroom ceiling fan that was installed. I will be using him again in the future.

Great job by Steve Brady and his crew on moving two electrical outlets and on installing four recessed lights in the master bedroom. Steve and his crew are professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. Steve listened to my concerns and made recommendations on how to handle the poor lighting. They arrived promptly, worked diligently and did a great job. I could not be happier with the outcome. In fact, I need a new ceiling fan in the master bedroom, and as soon as I go purchase one, I will have Steve return to install the fan. I definitely recommend Steve and his company for any/all of electrical needs.

Steve is very professional, punctual and clean. We were very impressed by his timeliness and ability to deliver results. Here is is plain and simple. Steve and his crew do a fantastic job. I stressed over who to go with, got 3 quotes, and did some solid research before landing on Steve's LLC. I based a lot of my decision on the images uploaded to his angies list account. The work he did was gorgeous. They always clean up - they always have what they need on hand - and the ALWAYS do exactly what they say they are going to do. The best compliment I can give these guys is that they have integrity. There is no misleading or trying to sneak a few extra bucks out of you - they just do a great job. I firmly believe this is a quality over quantity company and you will not be disappointed.

It went great! They arrived a little early, surveyed what needed to be done and then spread out drop clothes. They respected our home the entire time they were here. After each portion of the job was done, they cleaned up after themselves. They both vacuumed, wiped down surfaces and swiffered where needed. They explained their work along the way as I asked a question. They were very friendly and finished the work as scheduled. The price of the job was as expected, which we felt was fair and a good value for the workmanship and quality of their work.
