Great! Steve Brady (owner) and Mario were excellent, from first visit, to scheduling, to execution and clean up. Would hire them again in an instant. In full transparency, I did not price out other potential service providers, but before hiring, I did run the estimate of the work by a trusted general contractor who said the pricing was more than fair.

Instead of telling me he could not handle what I needed to be done he gave me the run around and was no t professional

I was impressed seeing Brady & Son's all positive reviews on Angie's List, and when I called, Stephen was courteous and we set up an appointment for the following week. Stephen and Mario quickly and efficiently tackled all the issues, and Stephen explained what had been causing said issues. They also replaced the faulty light fixture in the office with a new one I had purchased but had been waiting to install. Due to an earlier job that ran late, the guys had arrived to the appointment an hour or so late (which Stephen had called about), and because of that, Stephen did not charge for the work performed. Even if this hadn't been the case, I still would have written a positive review (REALLY!) because the work was excellent, but I really appreciated that added level of customer service and accountability. Will definitely be using Brady & Son in the future. Thank you!

These guys were great! They are super responsive to messages to schedule the appointment. They showed up on time, put down tarps to protect our floors/carpet, and got the job done in a quick and professional manner. Steve and Mario were both very friendly and kind. They got the job quickly and cleaned up quickly. I think they were in and out in 40 minutes or less. Very satisfied, would definitely hire again and recommend to anyone else needing help.

All of the work was done in a very professional and timely matter. I greatly appreciated his responsiveness to my initial call and fitting our repair in so quickly given the nature of our problem. A quote was provided as requested for the second job and again everything was timely and skillfully completed.

This was a 'Big Deal' purchase to have our electric panel upgraded. Steve the owner was extremely prompt in replying to us and we were able to set up a date to see the job within 24 hours, and then schedule the job in about 10 days. His work was excellent and the entire process could not have been better. We will be hiring again for any electrical work in the house.

I have had this done on my old house.he gave me a better price and job than I had before.very professional up to code.he backed the breaker box with new 3/4 plywood and labeled all the circuits.if you think that's normal go look at a few of your friends boxes.more than half will not be backed or labeled.while taking the pics for this review I remembered that he also replaced my switch box and gave me a new utility outlet at the box..This was my most satisfying contractor experience ever.fairly priced on time quality work with no "I'm doing you a favor"contractor attitude he answered all questions and gave good advice on this job

They were on time. Did what needed to be done. They were very neat and also cleaned my laundry room floor on the way out. I would hire them again in a minute.

Steve Brady is hands-down the best electrician that I have ever hired. He genuinely cares about his customers, even beyond the electrical work. he calls you back quickly, he does what he says he's going to do when he says he's going to do it, and his work is excellent. If all contractors were half as good as Steve, the world would be a much better place. I just moved here from the Midwest in August, and have had extremely bad luck. Except for Steve. You will not go wrong hiring this guy.

They did the bathroom ceiling fan just last month and they did the outside wire going down to my meter in December. The price for the bathroom fan job was $700. They did a good job. They were right on time. They did a great job.

Incredible. First off, I priced the job out with 3 other electricians and Brady was the most reasonably priced - by far. From there, the scheduling was very straight forward and you always deal with Steve directly (the owner) which is great because he doesn't over book himself - is punctual - and straight forward with when he can do it. So far, my two projects he has been spot on time AND nailed to the hour how long it would take him. He works with one other guy - who also does a really great job and it is nice to see how serious they both take their profession. You can tell a lot about a company by the way they workers carry themselves and the chemistry between these two at their trade is excellent and experienced. The quality of the actual work that was performed correctly and to a high standard the first time. We had to have an inspector come out for my jobs and he had no issues and was in and out in no time. They lay down these high quality neoprene mats the entire length of the area they are transiting in and out and always demand to clean up (even if you tell them not to worry about it). I cant stress enough the quality of work these guys do. Electrical done correctly keeps your family safe, so do yourself a favor and higher someone who is going to put quality of workmanship over quantity of customer. I've now had: Electricians, plumbers (3), painters, landscapers, concrete workers, asphalt crews, hardwood floor guys, cable technicians, and appliance repair guys at my home in a little over a year. I can unequivocally say Brady and Son, LLC is by far the most pleasurable to work with. My cost below covers ALL of the costs for both visits.

It went extremely well: they replaced two lighting fixtures and the doorbell and checked some suspicious wiring our painter had uncovered and fixed it. They were friendly and polite at all times. I would highly recommend them.

Steve was very responsive and easy to work with. He replaced two light fixtures and inspected a switch that I had replaced myself to make sure it was properly installed.

We received 3 quotes and they had the best quote but we were also the most impressed with them when they visited us the first time as well. They were very helpful and offered ideas. They have been very responsive through the process and the quote came very quickly after the initial visit. When they performed the work they were on time and made sure we were happy and kept us up to date on progress. I would highly recommend them and we will 100% use them in the future.
