Responsive. Job done as quoted and on time. Very professional. Only (minor) issue is that I was told work carries a 10-year guarantee; would like to have had paperwork spelling out the guarantee.

Quick to respond; work completed on time and as promised

Customer interactions by their admin staff, estimator, and working crew were consistently courteous and professional. We were also very impressed by the in-depth knowledge of Justin, who took the time to provide us with several valuable tips concerning the upkeep of the driveway, and also provided insight into what to look for when seeking a paving professional, and what to look out for. Taking extra time to discuss everything with us and answer all of our questions was a value-added offering that I greatly appreciated. They are a bit more expensive, in terms of cost, coming in slightly higher than a bid from another reputable paving contractor, but when we considered the fact that they offered more base material and a much longer warranty, the difference in bids became negligible, so we opted to go with CPA. At the conclusion of their work, we could clearly see that it was a quality job, and it's comforting to know that the driveway will stand up to the elements for a long time. Our one issue with the work performed was that the driveway was a bit narrower than what we had requested (the only reason I did not give them a 5-star rating for work quality). However, there were some extenuating circumstances, which mitigated their oversight, to some degree. Most importantly, they owned up to the issue, apologized, and sought to do whatever it would take to make us a happy customer. While tearing up and repaving the driveway was an option (as I said, they immediately owned up to the mistake), other options were also offered to us as a remedy, and since we were reasonably satisfied with the width of the newly paved driveway, and completely satisfied with the quality of the work performed, we were able to quickly come to an agreement that met our satisfaction. I wanted to give an accurate assessment of our experience with CPA, which required the discussion of the issue concerning the width of the driveway. With that said, based upon my interactions with their personnel, I have no doubt that the issue that we had run into is not at all common, and they went above and beyond to make it right with us. I have no hesitation in recommending CPA to anyone who is seeking a contractor to provide them with a quality driveway.

Had my driveway sealed and it looks like it was just repaved. They did an excellent job filling in the cracks. My friends asked if the driveway had been recently paved.

Very pleased with the service we received. Being this late in the season (Oct. 17th) we were not sure we could get someone to seal our driveway. One local Lewisberry Company never got back to us even after receiving an email stating that they would. CPA worked us in very quickly and they did an excellent job. Great people to work with. Job well done, over 3500 sq. feet of driveway.

CPA pavement did an excellent job. After getting numerous estimates I found them to be the best value and they lived up to that expectation. They constantly kept me updated on scheduling the appointment, the time and date of the service, and even followed up afterwards doing sure that I was 100% satisfied. I highly recommend CPA pavement.

Work was delayed due to a few rain days. But they fit us in as soon as the weather cleared. Nice bunch of guys. Worked hard, worked well, and everything was cleaned up. First Class!

They did a fantastic job, was courteous and professional. All my requests were honored and they went the extra mile The cost was reasonable and the end results well worth it, I would highly recommend them to friends and neighbors.

The estimate was broken up into 3 projects, 2 different repairs and an estimate for seal coating. I could pick and choose what work I wanted to have done, that was a great option. I did choose to have all of the work done and CPA completed the repairs and I'm waiting for the scheduling of the sealcoat.

Did what they said on time

This was a replacement, They worked around my schedule because of other work I had scheduled. Created a bermed drain to prevent erosion. Very easy to work with & professional. I don't usually mate recommendations. this is an exception.

good experience...The crew was a little sloppy, leaving soda cans and the like around when they were finished.

We were very happy with this company. Everything was professional from sales to service. They were on time and completed the job much quicker then we expected. Everything was explained and they even provided a Do's & Don't Manual for caring for your new driveway.

CPA had to match the level of the asphalt with the level of the bottom of a handicapped ramp. BIG concern as one family member uses a walker and worried she would trip if uneven. Done without any problem and person with the walker loves it.
