 + -1 moreOVERALL, I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE JOB. THEY ORDERED THE MATERIAL AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN A TIMELY FASHION. THEIR PRICE WAS ABOUT $1000 LESS THAN A QUOTE THAT I GOT FROM A COMPETITOR. THERE WAS A LITTLE PROBLEM WITH THE MEASUREMENT OF THE VINYL. THEY DID HAVE TO COME BACK TO MAKE A REPAIR BECAUSE IN ONE SPOT THE FLOORING WAS TOO SHORT.
Description of Work: INSTALLED VINYL FLOOR IN KITCHEN AND LAUNDRY ROOM.

 + -1 moreTHE INITIAL QUOTE WAS SLIGHTLY INCREASED ($211)BEFORE THE INSTALLATION BUT AFTER THE DEPOSIT. THERE WAS ONE SMALL VISIBLE GAP (1/16') IN THE CARPET PERIMETER ON THE STAIRS LANDING. THE HARDWOOD FLOOR IN A LARGE LIVING ROOM AND DINING ROOM WAS DONE IN ABOUT 5 HOURS.
Description of Work: INSTALLED HARDWOOD FLOOR ON FIRST FLOOR AND CARPETING ON THE SECOND FLOOR AND STAIRS.

 + 1 moreWE CHOOSE ALL OUR HARDWOOD, VINYL, AND CARPETS FROM THEM. THEY INSTALLED EVERYTHING BEFORE WE MOVED INTO OUR NEW HOUSE. WE HAD MANY PROBLEMS WITH DIFFERENT AREAS OF RUGS HAVING SEAMS SPLITTING. THE VINYL FLOOR IN THE KITCHEN ALSO HAS A PROBLEM IN THE SEAM. WE CALLED THEM MANY TIMES, BUT THEY ONLY CAME OUT ONCE AND THEY CHARGED US! THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.
