the installation is clean, perfect, and without any issue 3 months later. attention to detail is great. I would recommend them to anyone.
The 3/4 installers that were here throughout the entire three day installation and were very professional and great to be around. They worked from the time they arrived until it was time to quit. They didn't even take lunch breaks. Each day they arrived at the time they told me and it was after 5:30 each day before they left.
As for the flooring, I could not be any happier, the floor looks great, is very well installed, and I know that Susquehanna Flooring Co will stand behind their workl. You can't ask for better than that.
"Thank you [removed member name] for the amazing review! I am so pleased that you and your wife are happy with your new flooring and how we installed it. Your new floor is going to transform your lives. I know it is going to create a wonderful conversation piece. You are a great person to do work for and we cannot wait for your next project. Thank you again. Dan."
Dan arrived to give us an estimate to install 425 sq. ft. of luxury vinyl tile flooring and a separate estimate for the installation of a custom tile kitchen countertop backsplash. The estimate for flooring was slightly higher than others but because he reminded us of our son, we selected them to do the job. During the estimate, we discussed the fact that our new refrigerator needed to be moved from where it was sitting when it was delivered to a another location across the kitchen and how it was to be moved (do not remove the doors). Dan said they normally charge $75 for this service but they would waive it because he really wanted to do the work, especially the backsplash that was to have a really cool custom mosiac. The estimate did not include a charge to move the refrigerator. During the floor installation the installers damaged the refrigerator when they took the doors off - despite being instructed to move it with the doors on - and bumped one against the countertop causing a dent in the door. Then when we went to use it, the ice maker didn't work and Samsung said it was because the doors had been put back on incorrectly. I had to make several phone calls to various places and wait several hours for the repair person to arrive to fix the damage. Susquehanna Flooring did reimburse us for the $300 repair bill however, the final bill from Susquehanna Flooring included a $150 charge to move the refrigerator.
I requested twice, that the charge be removed both because the original $75 refrigerator move charge was "waived" during the estimate discussion and also because of the trouble I went through to arrange for the repair but although they offered an apology, they refused to remove the additional $150 charge. So, because of our experience with extra charges being levied on our final bill, we did not invite them back to install our really cool tile backsplash.
