Spoke to Gene initially who did the estimate to replace my 30 year old sliding basement window with glass block. From start to finish I was informed when the window would be installed, how long it would take, and even the exact time the installer would arrive: between 9:30 and 9:45 AM. Gene called me the morning of the installation and said Orvis was on his way. At exactly 9:40 Orvis arrived and got immediately to work. He was meticulous and neat. To access the window from inside the basement Orvis had to move a freezer I keep right below the window. I was amazed when he cemented the glass blocks he was able to miter the corners to match exactly the frame from the old window. All debris was removed from the basement and the outside upon completion. I didn't have to do a thing.

Eugene, the owner, was extremely helpful. They were prompt, professional and did outstanding work replacing three basement windows with glassblock. We definately recommend them and would use them again.

Gene was great. I called him and he came out that day with an estimate and within a week the windows were installed. His two men did a really beautiful job - they even cleaned up after themswelves. They could not have better and I highly recommend them and did have them do additional work at my home and they again did an oustanding job.

They responded very quickly and got the window done in no time. Gene was extremely helpful and not only put the window in but also gave us a lot of ideas on how to waterproof the outside window well. The window looks beautiful and we are very pleased.

I was able to make all arrangements over the phone as the vendor was over an hour and a half away. I gave him my measurements and what I needed. He got back to me quickly with a written proposal with estimate and once I accepted it we scheduled the glass block installation. The installers were courteous and efficient. The results were just what we wanted and they left the area clean

The service could not have been beter. Gene (the owner?) came out to the house and looked over the job and submitted a written estimate two days later.. Gene was very professional and courteous in his explanation of his work. The men came exactly at the apointed time. I was very happey with the entire job. The windows are beautiful and the workmanship was outstanding. The men moved all the furniture etc. and put everything back, no mess at all, I did not have to lift a finger. The two men who came to my house were two of the hardist working men I ever saw. I highly recomend this company.

The owner was very informative, and he gave me all of the information I could ever want about the job. We are very happy with that company. I would definitely use them again.

My basement window was blown out due to Tropical Storm Lee so I needed a window replaced immediately because every time it rained, the basement was getting full of water. I called the company and spoke to Gene. He was very understanding and took time to listen to my situation in great detail. He immediately sent a man out to do the measurements and the estimate in a matter of hours. The estimate was reasonable. I asked if Gene could apply the coupon on the Angie's List website for 5% off for Angie's List members. He gladly honored the discount. Two men came to my house the very next day to make the repairs - in fact, they came 45 minutes ahead of the scheduled time, which was great! They replaced my basement window with block glass in less than 2 hours. They were courteous and very focused. My experience with this company was outstanding and I highly recommend them.

Unbelievably fast responses all the way through the process. Pleasant and professional. Expert and knowledgable. And the finished windows are works of art. This whole experience was the way I wish it could always be when hiring a contractor. Keystone gets my highest recommendation.

A real person answered the phone and an estimate was prepared a couple of days later. It was nice that this could be done without me needing to be home. I received a call 2 days after mailing back the deposit that the weather was nice and could they just come and get the job done that afternoon. The installer arrived right on time, did quality work and cleaned up well.

I would recommend this company to everyone I know. All of my interactions were with Gene, who was professional and friendly. He came out to do an estimate for the windows and was able to do all his measurements from outside, so I didn't need to take a day off from work. Once I got the estimate and decided to go ahead with the job, Gene helped me make some final decisions and the windows were ready to be installed pretty quickly after that. The installers were clean, arrived on time (a little early actually!) and the windows look fantastic. I couldn't be happier with my decision.

We awoke to dripping sound during an overnight rain storm and discovered it was coming from the top of our two-story glass block window. We went directly to Angie's List and contacted Gene after reading positive comments. He was very responsive and came out to evaluate the situation within just a few days. He assessed the work that needed to be done, explained everything to me, in detail, and answered all of my questions without hesitation. Gene provided us with a written estimate just a few days later and followed up with us to schedule the work. He came just a few days after scheduling, arrived on time with his crew, took care to protect our wood floors and furniture, and cleaned up perfectly after the work was completed. Our glass block window wall sparkles like never before and we are confident that it will not leak for a very long time to come!

It went very well. They showed up when promised, gave us a very fair estimate and completed the work to our total satisfaction. Our tiler had originally pointed out the problems with this wall (as he has seen many of them and knew that this did not look right). When he returned, he commented on the quality of the work we received. This company also sells glass block but he determined that the cost of replacing it would far outweigh the benefits and did not in any way try to pressure me in to replacement instead of repair.
