Description of Work: Bought a $59 Big Deal for a furnace inspection. They were able to schedule an appointment quickly - unlike other HVAC outfits with Big Deals who claimed they needed to keep their schedule open in the near future to deal with emergency loss of heat (it's the warmest winter on record!) | |I was afraid my heat exchanger needed to be replaced, and the tech confirmed my fears. He quoted me a price for replacement. I checked 3 other HVAC places but ARC had the best price and was able to do the work the quickest. They came out and did the job - very professional, took less time than expected. The girls in the office who handled my scheduling and questions about price were also very professional.. The best part is that I was able to use another coupon from ARC to knock 10% off the price - pretty awesome when you know you are looking at a $900 repair... I will use ARC for all my HVAC needs from now on.

Description of Work: Checked and cleaned furnace. Pointed out a slightly out-of range reading on the current drawn by the motor and suggested to have it replaced which I was not sure on the spot and refused. Other than that the service went well.
