Description of Work: Creative Comfort installed high velocity AC and a mini split AC. In addition, they performed an oil to gas conversion, with a new furnace and storage hot water heater. I have had them back twice to do routine maintenance. |I have recommended them without reservation to many friends and neighbors. The price I paid was more than fair, especially compared to the competition. The work was exactly as promised, on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. With such a large job, there were bound to be glitches, which were resolved thoroughly and promptly. |Hands down one of the best outfits I've ever worked with.

Description of Work: Everything went well from the initial quote to the final product. We had discussed our wants/needs with several companies. We have a 3 story rowhome in Philly and wanted a central AC system. We have radiator heat so we did not have duct work in the house already. We also did not want to install ductless or wall units on the walls. Creative was able to work out a plan for installing the high velocity system into every room in the house where we needed AC. They quoted us the lowest price, but still were able to meet all our needs (even the more expensive companies did not). We were very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of AC. They had experience with the old Philly rowhomes and did a wonderful job. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: Russell has an excellent presentation. He seemed to be very knowledgeable in his field and concerned about building by reputation. He and his men arrived on time neatly dressed/groomed, very respectful and considerate of our family and home. The quality of their workmanship was exceptional. We were installing central air in our older home with no duct system. The system works great to cool our home very comfortably. We had one issue that had nothing to do with Russell or his work. It had to do with the design of our older home and how it interacted with the A/C. Even still, Russell was concerned and attentive. He and his men worked to make modifications until this issue was completely resolved. Others might have left us to deal with the problem on our own. Not Russell! He is a man of the highest business integrity.
