John and his assistant were excellent. They worked hard having to fish lines through basement and attic. They did a beautiful job at a very reasonable price.

When I initially called to set up an appointment John answered the phone, so I didn't have to leave a message. He came to assess the work I wanted when he said he would and e-mailed me my estimate within 24 hours. Work was scheduled to be done in a timely manner, i.e. the following week. Was on time, did a great job with the installations, and didn't leave a mess behind. Will be our go to person for future electrical work around our home.

The company does not resond to you. Sent 40 messages. They cancel job dates, tell you they will be there. Then do not show up. It really was a hassel dealing with this company. I told them that it will catch up with them. Word of mouth gets around. I will never use this company again. Buyer beware. That is all I say.

I don't know why I'm suprised when someone is professional, punctual and competant - It shouldn't be that way but many times service providers don't give the customer 100% service. John Galle installed 4 ceiling ad it was necessary for him to install the wiring connections and did a great job. In addition, he also replaced a dining room light. On top of that, John and his helper Ron are nice guys and extremely courteous. i would use him again and plan to for another job I have for him shortly. I recommend John highly.

I've used Galle Electric in the past to upgrade my entire electrical service and change out some indoor outlets but had them out again to install an additional outdoor outlet in the front of my house so that I could hook up an outdoor fountain and plug in my Christmas decorations. John is always professional and polite. He's a nice man to do business with. His prices are reasonable, he never leaves a mess and he completes the job quickly. I always know the job is done right with Galle Electric.

My ceiling fan was broken, however the circuit breaker wasn't tripped. Galle electric quickly diagnosed the problem to be in the receiver (for the remote control), instead of simply stating I needed to replace the fan, they gave me options of repair for less money. They were on-time, on budget, and professional. Great to work with, would definitely hire in the future.

After not hearing back from John Galle a week after their visit, I left an email and a phone message. In those messages, I left all my contact information as well as expressed an interest in starting the projects right away. Over the next few days/weeks, I left 3 messages, including one asking that he at least call me back letting me know that they were not interested in the job. I have NEVER heard back from them. IF THIS LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM IS HOW THEY WORK ON ESTIMATES, THEN I AM GLAD THEY DID ME THE FAVOR OF LETTING ME SEE THIS BEFORE THEY WERE HIRED. I am surprised as John Galle is the owner and should take more pride in his business. I would not have them at my house or on my jobsite!

John and his team are exactly what you want in a contractor: prompt, professional, true to their word. They did great work for a good price and were personable and enjoyable to be around. Couldn't ask for more.

I would highly recommend them. They did a very good job. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very considerate about tracking anything around in the house or anything like that. They were very professional.

The guys arrived an hour early and did not call to warn me. Thank goodness I decided last minute to stay home this morning. They performed the requested work quickly and at a reasonable price. However, they did not wear booties or lay a dropcloth over my new floors, and they did not bring materials to clean up--they asked me to use something I had. Somehow in testing the wires, they knocked a small hole in the finished and painted drywall above the exposed section, which I will now have to repair myself and repaint.

John called within a couple hours of my emailing him through Angie's List and we set an appointment for the end of the next day. John and his employee (Adam, I think) showed up on time and worked efficiently while still being thorough and careful. They confirmed the safety of the rest of the circuit, replaced the outlet, charged a reasonable price, and reassured the tenant that the dryer could be used again. Galle advertises itself as a small job specialist and this experience confirms that description.

He replaced outlets, installed ceiling fans, closet lights, outside lighting and smoke alarms. John and his associate did the work quickly and efficiently. John has been to my house on (3) separate occasions and each time the work was completed in a neat professional manner with a good clean up. I would highly recommend John Galle to anyone who needs electrical work. I will call him again for all my future projects. He is a keeper!

I looked at Angie's List for help and selected Galle Electric. What great service!! I called on Thurs. and John and his co-worker showed up bright and early on Fri. morning. My power went dead and it was diagnosed in a matter of minutes. Turns out there were several problems wrong with my power service. My meter box was distributing different currents to the house so that was replaced. Next was the upgrade of the breaker panel to replace the 40 year old one. Some work on the dining room and kitchen wiring and outlets was carefully done, and all in a very short amount of time.This outfit is professional,fast,honest, polite,and clean. . . Weeks later I called them at least 3 times for more work, and they never returned my calls. (Ya snooze, ya loose!!) I got another contractor to do the work.

John was friendly and informative over the phone and came to the house even earlier than scheduled. He and his assistant were altogether professional, did their work smoothly, quickly and well. They carefully cleaned up after themselves. We were very pleased with John's work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
