Description of Work: We will hire Executive Builders, Remodelers. I did the search on behalf of my son. My son is very impressed with Steve's professionalism, his promp responsiveness, and his general willingness to work with the customer to fit their specific needs. The work has not started yet but so far the experience has been very pleasant and meets our expectations.

Description of Work: Steve and the team were great! The work was completed on time and in budget, and the quality was excellent. They were very responsive to questions, and made order changes easily. I would recommend them to anyone!

Description of Work: I wanted an estimate for a major kitchen remodel, had a 90 minute consultation and never received an estimate. What a waste of my time.

Description of Work: I am basing this review solely on my initial consultation. I have not yet chosen to proceed with this contractor only because we are considering whether we indeed want to get the work done. The consultation was very professional and the consultant had great ideas, suggestions. They provided a timely and thorough estimate.

Description of Work: Tim arrived on time and discussed the renovation of my kitchen. He was extremely helpful, gave me good suggestions, and said the job could be completed within my budget, if I chose lower-end (but very acceptable) cabinets. His estimate, which arrived a couple of weeks later, was within our budget of $25,000. Since the estimate, we have decided to greatly limit the changes to our kitchen, but have added changes to the 3rd floor bathroom, which is original to the 1927 house. If Tim provides an estimate for the change in design plans, that is within our budget, Executive Builders will be one of my top choices for the job.

Description of Work: From the estimate to clean up everything went perfectly. Steve, the owner, showed up on time and reviewed our deck and patio plans with us. He gave us several suggestions and improvements to our vision. Within a few days we had very reasonable quote in hand. Once we decided to move forward, Matt and Brodey showed up on time to being the work and finished the project within estimated time Steve quoted us. Their craftsmanship was suburb, their attention to detail was precise, they were in constant communication with my wife and I during the entire process. They even came back and did some extra cleanup that I didn't expect. This was a top notch experience from beginning to end. I'd work with the executive team again and recommend their work to anyone who needs it.

Description of Work: The remodeling of my kitchen couldn't look any better. The workers were great in giving ideas, they did what ever i asked without complaint. Very knowledgeable and nothing was too hard for them Steve has a good thing going and i hope to use him in the future

Description of Work: Executive Builders did a great job of changing over an existing wooden front porch with composite materials including railings and posts. Steve and his crew were very professional with attention to detail and communicated effectively during the entire encounter beginning with original phone call, to estimate, to contract, to performing labor and follow up. The porch looks great and many neighbors have commented on the new look. I would definitely use this company again and will probably call them next year to do a deck in the back of house.

Description of Work: Removed wall between kitchen and dinning room. Took down exising cabiets, couter tops, walls and flooring. Installed new tile flooring in kitchen, hadwood flooring in dinning room, Oak cabinets, corian counter tops, undermount corian sink, faucet, garbage diposa,recessed lighting and trim work. Also installed new appliances. Executive kept my home very clean during my project, and completed it on time. Steve and his crew were a pleasure to work with!
