Excellent service. Have used them before and will continue to use them.

I chose them because they were an approved installer of the tires I had ordered from Tire Rack. They charged $60.00 to mount and balance the tires, $10.00 for old tire disposal, $20.00 for TPMS service, and $89.95 for a 4 wheel alignment. No problem here. |They also did a front and rear brake service. The parts costs were $92.50 for front pads, $72.60 for rear pads, and $34.98 for brake fluid. The labor charges included $88.00 to resurface front and rear rotors, $219.32 to "renew" front and rear pads that included cleaning and lubricating all moving parts, and $59.95 to flush brake system. |Their work quality seemed good, but their prices for the brake service are a bit too steep for my taste. That's why a rated them a "D" for price. | |

I ordered 4 new tires from Tirerack on October 24 and had them shipped directly to my installer, All Pro Auto Service Inc. On October 26, All Pro called to inform me that my tires had arrived and to set up a time to have them installed. Two days later, my tires were installed and the car was properly aligned.

All of the employees that I encountered at All Pro, from the initial telephone inquiry to finish, were courteous and professional. The car was ready earlier than promised and prices were as stated on Tirerack.

Unfortunately, when I arrived home, I noticed that the low tire-pressure monitor was showing that the rear driver-side tire had low pressure. I checked the tire and, sure enough, it was about 12 pounds lower than what it should have been. I called All Pro and they said to bring the car in immediately. Before returning, I filled the tire with air, bringing it in line with the rest of the tires at 40 lbs psi. Curiously, when I arrived at All Pro, the tire hadn't lost any air. They checked and re-checked the tire for 30 minutes. They even installed a new valve stem just in case. The tire checked out perfectly. I was told that even though the tire rim was cleaned prior to the tire being installed, there could have been a small foreign particle that prevented the tire from seating properly which was rectified on the ride home. They took care of the problem immediately and went above and beyond to ensure that the tire was no longer losing air and that it was safe for me to drive. The owner, Jim McGovern, came out to assure me that everything was ok but for me to call if there were any sign of it losing air and that he would be on the phone ASAP with Tirerack to get me a new tire. Luckily, that did not have to happen.

I would absolutely recommend All Pro (I have already) and I'll be back when I have to have tires installed on our other car in the spring of next year.

I noticed differential fluid draining onto my rear tires, and took it to All Pro. I was helped right away, even though I did not have an appointment. They diagnosed the problem, and the Owner of the Shop even took me into the garage and explained everything to me in a way that I was able to understand. All Pro was the only shop that would not give me a quote over the phone, they said that they wanted to check it out and make sure that there wasn't anything else wrong. I respect that. They were upfront with everything from start to finish. I have always been one to go to the dealership, but after a few times of being mistreated, I will never go back. I am just thankful that I found All Pro. I will continue to take my vehicle there for all my automotive needs.
