Very friendly person on the phone. Very responsive - I left a message and she called back right away. They were delayed in getting out due to safety issues with the amount of snow on the ground and being able to securely plant a ladder, but they did a good job at a fair price, so should I need an electrician in the future, I will be calling them.

Carl was always on time, worked very good & completed the work in a timely manner.

Rather than having to leave a message like all the other electricians we called, the phone was answered by Karen, Carl's wife and assistant, and Carl Scheuermann arrived later the same day to do the estimate. We received the written estimate that same evening. The price was much, much less than all the other bids we received. They were able to schedule the work right away and everything was done properly to the highest standards. We were very pleased with the professionalism of each of their people, the very high quality of their work and how well they cleaned up. When a clearance issue prevented two of the standard high hat fixtures from working, it was resolved very quickly the next day to our complete satisfaction. I highly recommend CTS.

Carl Scheuermann and his team from CTS Electric are absolutely professionals. Dependable, hard-working, neat, respectful and knowledgeable. Carl fixed problems that the other electricians out there either create or can not fix. He is the best.

Carl arrived on time to provide estimates on the work. He performed the services extremely well and his prices are very competitive. He is extremely thorough and professional. I have recommended him to many family members and they all have been very happy with his work.

They seemed like they were local and they were looking for business. I try to get people that aren't too far away. Everybody was very professional.

Carl and his team at CTS were amazing. We have been having extremly high Electric bills. We also had a couple of circuits that were bad. We had an initial estimate from someone else ($18K) and we wanted a second opinion. Carl was very responsive and sympathetic to our high bills. He gave us advice on how to deal with the power company to make sure the issue was ours. He was exactly correct. The power company sent someone right over to make sure that the system itself was safe and functioning properly. (Other Electrician wanted to upgrade everything) We picked Carl. They then went to work and identified our Circuit issue was not as bad as we thought. He identified that our Recessed light issue was not only dangerous but may be an issue with the numerous other recessed lights in the home. They replaced the bad light quickly. He then checked all of the other lights in the home and found that half of the 44 recessed lights were an issue as well. Carl recommended a low cost and high efficiency LED replacement to solve our problem. They then went to work on our System Investigation. They spent a few hours methodically checking every breaker, line and electrical component making sure they were secure, safe and clean. Carl and Team CTS not only saved us a ton of money, they were professional and committed to making sure that all of the work was perfect. I would highly recommend CTS.

The entire experience was great. Extremely friendly and great to deal with. Diagnosed the problem and got it resolved for me very quickly. Carl took the time to explain to me and talk me through his process so that I understood his reasoning and the testing that he was doing, which I appreciated. I could tell Carl genuinely cared about getting my power back up and running, he wasn't just looking to get out of there as quickly as possible. I will absolutely use CTS again in the future.

I have a huge old house that was built in 1908. He completely deactivated the old knob and tube wiring and cleared out all of the old spliced together mess that was in the walls when I bought the house. He did a great job, always showed up when he said that he would, and cleaned up. Great electrician, I will never use anyone else. The job took a long time and he did not try to charge me more. He is wonderful.

I saw CTS Electric advertised in church bulletin and called for an estimate. The pastor recommended him when I asked how his services were.

We had contacted CTS through Angie's List in the hope of working with them. Unfortunately, they never responded, or even acknowledged, our request for a quote. We have since, contracted with another Angie's List contractor.

Carl was on time, worked efficiently and he was extremely neat. I can't tell you how pleasant it was to finally have a contractor do professional work in a professional manner. I will undoubtedly call CTS Electric the next time I need electrical work done as well as recommend him to my friends and neighbors.
