The electrician was courteous, prompt, & knowledgeable. He clearly explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. he was clean and neat and did a great job. This was the second job CTS electric did for me and I was satisfied with both. They do a good job without overcharging. I highly recommend them.

The technician was prompt and courteous and found and and repaired the issue very quickly. He had all the equipment and parts needed in his truck. He cleaned the area very thoroughly before leaving.

The electrician, Ben, was thorough and took time to explain what he was doing. My Whole House Fan was making a funny noise, and he was able to resolve this issue. He was also very considerate of my home and family while he was here.

Fine. The trouble was finally determined as a hidden switch in an enclosed wall. The work was then speedily completed with new circuit. We will also be having the ballast replaced in a faulty light fixture . All of the work was completed professionally in an exceptionally respectful, friendly manner . We will be calling CTS Electric again, for sure !

They are very friendly and all of the workers seem very competent. I think they do a good job and they always try and get out as soon as they can.

I called two electricians from Angie and the other one got back to me first and got the small job. I wanted to say, however, that the woman who returned my call was extremely pleasant and interested in our problem and represented her company well.

Carl showed up on time, as promised, the following morning and we walked through the problem. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and the repair was completed in a timely manner. Very positive experience - both the phone call to arrange service, and the service call itself. Compared to other electricians who have impersonal answering machines or answering services, and then often do not return phone calls - these folks are great. Will definitely use again.

Although house was built in 2001, electricians encountered unexpected construction quirks and consequently had to use a great deal of imagination and expend quite a lot of time. They took this all in stride w/out complaint. What most amazed me was that they stuck exactly to the estimated cost. The estimate was provided quickly and was very reasonable. Fan installation was priced 1/3 to 1/4 of what Amazon was quoting.. Work was also scheduled quickly. Installer arrived early. I was allowed to pay on CTS's website after the crew had left.. All communication was clear and conscientious. Fan and its light work beautifully

Excellent all around. Carl was prompt, professional and worked well with our varied and changing ideas. He quickly provided a detailed estimate, and scheduled the work promptly. The main onsite worker, Michael, was also prompt and professional, and really worked hard that day. He found a clever way to run wiring that did not involve putting holes in decorated drywall, meaning the job was much less intrusive to our finished basement. The work is excellent, and we enjoy it every single day. *Update - an LED light failed in March 2015. I'm not familiar with the new lights, and called Carl. He came very soon after to check it out, personally replaced the light that had failed manufacturer's warranty, and gave me a lesson in changing and checking the new lights. All at no cost! The original work was excellent, and CTS Electric's commitment to ongoing support and satisfaction is exceptional.

Both jobs are very well done. Neat and clean professional work. LED lighting is fantastic, they understood my requests for the type and color of lighting. Same with the baseboard heater installation - clearly understood my requirement and gave me guidance to choose the right one for our house.

When I scheduled the installation I was quoted a price of $125.00. The fan was in the bedroom which has 14' ceiling, so when the guys came they did not have a latter long enough so I let them use my 12' latter. They were replacing an existing ceiling fan with a brand new Casa Blanca "out of the box" (no light kit), so this was not a complex install. They did seem to have a lot of trouble getting it balanced and it still wobbles on high, but overall I was satisfied with the installation. The problem is I was billed $432.00 after being quoted $125.00. I was told this was due to the ceiling height and the fact that it was not a flush mount. I will not use this company in the future.

It didn't go well. After feeling violated, i sent them on their way.

We have nothing but wonderful things to say about CTS--here are some of them! 1. They were able to get right to work (we were under the gun to finish the work so we could open up shop!) 2. They always got right back to us if we had a question 3. They communicated directly with our other contractors and helped resolve issues as they arose 4. They were courteous at all times, despite our CONSTANT stream of questions and calls 5. They stuck to their timeline, and were reassuring throughout the entire process 6. They were respectful of our space and cleaned up all work-related materials after the job was done 7. They oversaw every inspection thoroughly Two thumbs up for CTS!!!

CTS did a great job - they were able to get out within a week, and since we had already done some of the work (installing the boxes and pulling some wire) they gave us a credit off of our final invoice. The electrician was professional and friendly, and he worked quickly without compromising quality.

They were good. I would use them again.

When we moved into our house we felt that the cable connections needed to be moved to a location that worked better for our furniture. Rather than run the cable under the carpet or along the baseboard we wanted a professional electrician to move the outlets and add power outlets behind the TV. When I contacted CTS I was happy to actually speak to someone at the company and not get another call service. I felt that the person who answered the phone (Karen) really cared about the project. Carl gave us an estimate the same day and the work was done at the end of the week. The workers were knowledgeable and professional. Everything works! Great to work with.
