Trident Water Treatment

Though contracting/consultation was secured through Trident Water Treatment, the company Kel Tran Water Treatment completed the installation. The Technicians were well-equipped and experienced to complete the installation. Great Job !!!

Excellent service from estimate and installation. Everyone is easy to work with and I love my system. We also talked with another contractor and that felt like we were buying a car. I prefer small family owned businesses and this one is perfect. I highly recommend everyone think about the water you use and call these guys.

Jordan the original rep was great. He took his time to explain the water care systems and after installation he came back out to check the water softener and the reverse osmosis system. Overall the service was excellent.

They were very nice and explained everything. I have them back every year to service the water softener and change the appropriate filters on the reverse osmosis water filter system. They always share what they are doing and seem ok if I did it myself, which is one of a few reasons I keep having them come back. Yes, more expensive then DIY, but the fact that they know what they are doing and are honest is more then enough for me to have them doing the work.

They were very friendly and explained everything they were going to They worked very hard on an unusual configuration setup. They took every precaution to keep the house clean. I will recommend them to my friends.

Very knowledgeable. Based on a water test, he made an additional recommendations beyond what I originally asked for , but didn't push me when I went in a different direction. I don't believe he tried to oversell because the specific additional recommendation he made was something I had heard before. He was prompt and very easy to work with. In this day and age it is great to be able to have all your questions answered promptly. My skin and hair feel softer already! The water marks on my dishes/sinks have disappeared. Highly recommend!

very professional yet remained very personable throughout the complete process which was the removal of the old system and a new system installed. Always prompt and explained each step.
