My wife and I read a very informative article in a handyman magazine on steps to safeguard your home and it got us thinking that we should do something to protect our home and property. We visited various stores that sold security cameras and alarms systems but felt overwhelmed by the many different selections and features and none of the stores offered or could recommend an installer. Then we called Safeway Security and Communications and talked with Larry. He came out to our home and looked things over and asked us what we wanted from a security system. He recommended a system that filled our needs. The price, including installation, was so reasonable. Less than a week later Larry and Joe were installing the cameras and alarm system in our home. In less than a day we had a complete security system professionally installed. Larry and Joe were great, courteous, clean, professional and on time. We feel more secure now knowing that when we leave our home our security system is watching out for us. We highly recommend, locally owned and operated, Safeway Security and Communications for any of your security needs.

A fantastic experience and exceptional customer service! Within two minutes of requesting info on a Security Monitoring Service on Home Advisor website, I received a call from Larry Shank. From that moment to the final installation of my new security system a week later, I can't say enough of how smooth the whole process went. I had spoken to several other Security Monitoring Services in the area and did not get near as good a feel with the service as I did with Larry Shank. Larry was very informative from the beginning and discussed with me my options and costs and answered my many questions. He was on time for his two appointments and he stayed until he got the job done.....even on his Birthday! I am extremely pleased with the service and price of his work! Larry was very knowledgeable and professional. He returned my call within a half hour of leaving the message, was on-time and continued to work until the job was done (about 4-5 hours). I just wish all service people were like him since great customer service is hard to find!
