James was professional and friendly. He arrived when he said that he would and explained what he did and what I should expect. I would hire him again to repair an appliance or to do electrical work.

James did a great job installing our in-wall combination microwave and oven. It was a difficult job and required some cutting to fit it into the wall. He quickly got the job done and cleaned up the air afterwards. He has a wonderful, outgoing personality. I'm so happy to have found him. I'm keeping his card for future electrical work! Very good-very nice-very neat

I called James early in the morning and within two hours, he called me back. After discussion, he recommended we buy a new microwave because the one we have is 11 years old. He also said he could get it for me if I wanted him to. He gave me a verbal proposal to install the appliance. After purchasing it ourselves, I called the number he gave me and the CSR made an appointment for the next Monday. The appointment was for between 2 and 4 PM. James showed up at 2 PM. He was very courteous, professional, wiped his feet upon entering my house and went to work. After the installation (he also took away the old microwave), he charged me what he quoted me which was very reasonable. He explained the registration and warranty info. I would indeed call him again if I needed appliance help. Also I asked him for his business cards and will pass them around to my friends. I noticed also on his business card that he is an electrician.

He was polite & very knowledgeable. We had complete confidence in him. He stopped on his way home to help us. Unfortunately, the cost of the refrigerator part did not warrant our fixing it. We now have his name on file should we need another appliance repaired.
