Our water softener malfunctioned and resin beads were no longer contained and wreaked havoc throughout our home. Chris spent hours repairing and replacing faulty components until the system was working properly, even staying late to make sure the job was completed that day.. He explained every step of the process and took much pride in his work.

Chris is very knowledgeable about the equipment that was installed. Clean installation and followed up the next day to see if we had any questions or concerns about our new system. Overall great experience.

Are you ready for soft water? Call Chris. He is very responsive. Came to test our water within 36 hours of contacting him. Provided answers to all our questions and provided a product quote that met our needs. I was still on the fence and checking other sources... he followed up and sent more information to answer my follow up questions. When I was ready, we scheduled, he followed up with day before call, and then showed up ON TIME for the installation. He delivered!

This family owned business is great to work with. You work directly with the owner. He is very responsive answering questions related to your project. I would highly recommend them purely on the basis of their communication skills and commitment to customer service. You can buy a system from anyone but you are also buying customers. As stated above this company gives great service.

We had our water tested annual because we have high salt level. We had water logix come out and we tested the water and also looked at the equipment I was quite impressed with the answers he gave back to me. He knows his stuff. I was not intending to spend money on a service repair but he showed me the problem and I value his efforts. I will be switching companies and using him in the future.

We have well water and currently have a system through someone else. Chris the owner came out and went over the units with us. We have both fleck units and Chris was super honest and explained the system and showed it was working properly . My Family was getting sick from the well water and the only company that really knew how to deal with this is Chris. His design work and knowledge is awesome. He knew right away that we needed a bacteria filter. Once it was installed we right away could tell the difference. Chrisâ s suggestion actually helped us pass inspection for selling our home. Chris did a fantastic job

We had an delt with a larger size company over the years and we had waterlogix come out since it seems most companies are short staffed and the service was quick and friendly. We had a system that was failing and not designed properly. We had low ph at 6 and the softener was not working properly. Water logix installed neutralizer and it worked right away. Install was quick but I did pay a little bit more than I wanted to for the softener rebuild .it seems the professional work and knowledge was worth paying for. Weâ re happy with our purchase.

I am a DIY do it yourself type of guy and this filtration equipment is new to me but I reached out to waterlogix and they came out tested the water and offered me two options Install yourself - 1300$ Purchase includes installation, sales tax,warranties , all the fittings and drain line necessary to install We received a manual and the control valve came pre Built. It nearly took me around 2 hours to complete but I did not need to solder and even the drain line that I needed to adapt into was there for me. I saved myself 500$ and the install went super smooth. Chris called back and followed up and made sure system was performing. Great support and totally worth it.

Chris came out and installed our new softener and really changed the quality of our water instantaneously. Guy knows his stuff, is more affordable than other companies, and doesnâ t steer you in the wrong direction or make you pay for things you donâ t need. Great product and install.
