Excellent experience. They came quickly in an emergency situation with a bat in the house with my pregnant daughter coming in a couple of hours. Geoff gently coaxed the bat out and he flew to a tree. I can’t thank him enough.

Erika was great, nice personality and did job quickly and efficiently. Bees not completely gone, but the majority are and I only see a few now, wonâ t be a problem. If it is they said they would come back no charge, This is a good company, would recommend to others.

Their solution (installing a one way gate) seems to have worked so far. Havent seen groundhogs since they installed (2 weeks) . They seem to have left my property to go somewhere else. I dont know whether they will come back . I hope not.
