In 8 years we received 1 estimate for some apartment complex building repairs, they were over $20,000 higher then the next closest bid. This bid was less then 2 years ago. We have made multiple requests for bids for other jobs that we needed to have done. We would schedule a date and time for the estimate. No one from this company showed up for the estimate, no one called us to reschedule it and they did not return our calls when we inquired about the missing estimates. I just called them today for an estimate, which was for an insurance claim. Mary, their lovely office clerk, declined my request for an estimate stating that they had just done one for us and we did not accept their bid. Well... she is a blantant liar. I called her back after verifying with my maintenance department about us using their services. Mary then changed her story... I then requested to speak to her boss, she refused me. I asked who I filed a grievance with, she said that she would handle it, are you kidding me? Mary blocked me from doing business with the company that she works for and she blocked me from filing a complaint. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I asked them for a detailed estimate so I could see what was included in that cost. This started a few weeks of feeling more and more uncomfortable with these people because they don't return calls, they have no email, if they call it's from a "No ID caller" number, and they will suddenly appear at my door without calling. So, before they did one ounce of work or bought a single shred of materials, I told them I wanted to go with someone else and would like my 1000.00 back. I asked their "receptionist" to have them call me and instead they showed up unannounced in a big black Hummer and started pounding on my door. They then proceeded to try to strong arm me and told me they refused to return my money. It was a real nightmare. I was actually frightened by their intimidation tactics. I to,d them I was going to call the police and they said "good! Do it!" DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! THEY CLEARLY HAVE NO BUSINESS ETHICS OR ANY SENSE OF HUMANITY!!! They are stealing my money! I'm appalled companies like this are out there ripping people off. It's awful.

The project started off with Interstate coming on-site to view the damage. The tree was later removed.Garage demo was the next step, and seemed to start off ok.Once the old garage was removed.... well that is when all of the problems started. What should have been a 2 week job to rebuild a rather simple garage took 8+ months! The first issue was when the work was not even 1/3 complete when they asked for the final pay-out to complete the garage. The only work that was done at that point was the concrete block foundation was in and there were some studs for the walls were put up. There was not even concrete for the floor yet.When we did not want to pay out the final money without a completed project work stopped.... for months.They were un-responsive, and when they would actually respond to a call or email they were insulting and down right rude. Refusing to do the work. After months of no work - they started showing back up after a certified letter was sent stating legal action was going to have to be taken. They would be there for a few hours here and there.There was never communication with us on where or how we wanted things to be done. The garage attic steps where installed in the middle of the garage (instead of the back corner, where they were supposed to go). The driveway, yard, walkways, and all ground cover and plants were destroyed by their "work"It has been an absolute horrendous experience working with these people. I would tell everyone to do business elsewhere.
