They are expensive but got the water heater in same day. Very efficient and I guess everything is expensive these days. $950. Including mid grade water heater.

Professional, courteous, arrived on time, friendly. This was overall an above average service experience. I am always unsure when hiring a contractor, I was quite relieved by the plumber from Mc Clain Bros. I now have a plumber that I can hire without worry.

I was charged $350. In view of your guidelines for my area, this was excessive.

Was able to get a new water heater installed within the same day of calling them. What a savior on a cold winter day. Professional team. Made extra special care to not scratch my floors with the old water heater. Will use again!

Mark followed up on my inquiry and sent Angel out upon my request after reading reviews that hailed his skills and know how. Angel took time to answer my many questions about a botched up bathroom plumming job I needed rectified and completed. What took my jack-leg three weeks to mess up, took Angel an hour to snake correctly clearing a clog drain and hooked up two sinks with proper piping, not plastic which is prohibited by my condo. Additionally, he corrected a kitchen issue with my garbage disposal. It was a little pricy, but still not the highest bid. One plumber wanted to rip up my bathroom floor. Many thanks to you Angel!

The were available within a couple of hours while more local plumbers could not come until 4 to 8 hours later.

The work that I paid for was literally never completed. I called them back twice and on the 3rd visit the gave me an invoice stating I would be charged if they came back out again. I ended up having someone else do what they claimed they did. I have pictures to prove the dishonest practices of this company. The company is "investigating". I want my money returned!

Great experience from start to finish. Called Sunday night; they arrived Monday early afternoon. The problem was diagnosed and fixed within a half hour. EXTREMELY courteous and professional. I would recommend them to everyone, and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

The serviceman was friendly and bottom line in his assignment of the problem. Fixed the leak. All done in less than hour. I was happy

The company had great customer service, attentive and explained necessary repairs. They were on the high end as far as cost.

They responded very quickly to my emergency. Angel was an angel! He was professional, efficient and polite. I will use them for additional plumbing work.

Clean, polite,efficient. Corrected a problem with my water meter and found a hidden leak with my hot water hearing system. I recommended them to several of my neighbors and would gladly use them again.

Get a price before the project is started. What a surprise at what it cost when he finished ???

Came out and gave an estimate . Courteous. Worked with me on installation. Would definitely hire them again.

McClain brothers came ln the first day late, I was expecting them at 10:00am they showed up at 12:15. Thinking they were going to do the job the same day. Not good. I got an estimate on what it would cost and an appointment the following Monday. They emailed me about my appointment but got no call, no show. Again not good. I called them and had to reschedule again two more days out for Wednesday. I was scheduled for 8:00 am and knocked $50.00 off for inconveniencing me but they were still late. He showed up around 1pm.

I had no hot water at 7:30 am and a new water heater before 3 in the afternoon. They were as responsive and professional as any company I have ever hired.

Very nice and polite. Cleaned up afterwards and also explained what they were doing throughout the process. I AM A NEW HOMEOWNER (4/2018) so needless to day I'm still trying to build my bank account back up lol. Pricing was reasonable.
