Description of Work: We a Carrier Infinity heating and air conditioning system installed in June. I was not in town but my was very impressed with the installers. We had a recent issue and had to have them out during a very cold day. We had a quick response call from Thomas who arrived in a very timely manor. When Thomas arrived I was skeptical in that he appeared very young to have the experience to solve the issue with the furnace. I have to say that Thomas was the most professional craftsman/ technician I have ever had in my home. It is nice to know that you can be comfortable that you have a reliable company to call on when you need service.

Description of Work: I requested an AC check to make sure my unit was running properly since the weather has been very hot. I also needed to have the AC unit leveled as the ground had sunk from previous construction. The serviceman called ahead to let me know he was coming. He checked the entire AC system and leveled the AC unit. They installed a new furnace about four months ago and did such a great job that I won't use any other HVAC company except Coleman Mitchell! I also recommended them to a friend who had a major water leak from a frozen AC coil over the weekend. I gave her Coleman Mitchell's name. A tech responded within five minutes and was at her house within 30 minutes. I was there when the tech arrived and the leak was stopped in no time. Now my friend will only call Coleman Mitchell for all service and repairs. I would recommend this company to anyone, anytime. They are absolutely topnotch!
