Ralph was great. Knowledgeable and helpful. Found a minor issue quickly with my heater and addressed...no major bill. I will use them again in the spring.

We called services united for a second opinion, the first company we called wanted to charge $435 to change a switch. The first tech sent by SU red tagged our unit due to CO2(after he got it running to test it it was 645 and still climbing. The salesman came out and checked it and said it didn't need to be replaced, our flue was probably blocked. He recommended a cleaning and scheduled that instead. We had it cleaned and the switch changed. We're happy, safe and warm now. If it wasn't for the salesman, we'd have spent over $7,000 for a unit we didn't need. We will definitely call them again.

I called Services United, made an appointment, they showed up on time, performed a thorough cleaning of the oil furnace, like none other before, even vacuumed the chimney, then proceeded to clean and check the central air conditioning. Very satisfied with their work. Would highly recommend them to anyone. This person knew what he was doing.

My only concern was the service fee. We pay for the parts and labor and the device fee to come out was more than the labor charge. I went with this company because of the timing of our need. I had another company contact me and their was no service call fee. Next time I think I would make the change to go elsewhere. What I will say is this about the tech that came to our home. He was polite very outgoing and pleasant to have a conversation with!

I do not know about the value for money because the water heater has not been installed for enough time. It is a tankless system so I believe it will save money over the long run.

Very professional. Came out on an emergency call ASAP. Explained situation to my understanding. Got quotes from 3 companies and they were the lowest with a better quality unit. Work finished well within timeframe. They now have my business for servicing my units.
