I requested initial contact from Pure Hardwood Floors and immediately received a telephone call from Casey. He agreed to meet with us after finishing his job for that day. Although it was after normal working hours, Casey was patient and thorough with explaining our options and choices. We had a big job (over 1500 sq ft) for him including both install and refinish. He agreed to start the job the following week (we were pleasantly surprised by this quick turnround) Materials were delivered promptly and the job started and finished on schedule, despite some challenges. The work was beautiful and professionally done. He was a man of his word. His crew worked hard and were experienced craftsman. They addressed all of my concerns and we feel we got a quality job at a reasonable price. I will use them again and I will also recommend them to my close friends.

He did such a terrific job installing new dining room floor and entrance, refinishing the rest of the house. It all looks beautiful. They work very hard to get the job done. Casey and his crew are extremely efficient and creative if they have to be. They had to fix holes in the floor when we removed interior walls, and you cannot tell where the damage was.

He showed up on time for the estimate! When I called to schedule he was very accommodating. They came to do the work when they said they would. They did a great job!very nice crew!!

They were able to get a good clean finish on 100 year old pine boards. It took extra work of screening and topcoating to get the right build on these old floors, but they did it for the same cost to make sure it was done right. All this in a tight timeframe.

Casey was great. He and his team did a great job on our floors. They looked brand new by the time they were finished with them. ***Update*** After 2 months I have to lower my overall review as the finish on the hardwood floors has not held up. Minor things like moving chairs at the dining room table leave significant scratches in the finish. I've had hardwood floors all my life and am familiar with the treatment and care of them. The chairs all have plastic sliders and no nails are exposed. We contacted Casey and are waiting to see what the resolution is. If the issue is able to be corrected I will update my review again to match the final outcome.
