Job went very well.

I found Metro an Angie's list, but contacted them through their web page, where I filled out the form for request for service, including a brief description of the workI required. Within one day I got an automated response, from a different Company, Fairfield Landscaping, saying that I would be contacted shortly. I have not hear from them since. Fortunately, I also contacted another Company who I contacted through Angie's list who phoned back the same day and was at my house at the day and time agreed upon. I do not recommed Metro Restoration & Cleaning.

It was a big relief when we called Metro. I call and a very helpful woman answered the phone. I told her what happened and she scheduled Lloyd to come out and help us. When Lloyd came out he found out where the water was coming from and he made a plan. We had to treat the mold, clean our air ducts and stop the water from coming in. It turns out that our cutters were clogged. So the water was coming from that. Lloyd gave us 2 ways we could have them clean up the mold. We chose the green method. They were fast and it took about 1 day. Everybody was very nice and helpful.

We are buying a house. The sellers had a company in to perform a mold remediation. We hired Lloyd to perform an air quality test after the seller's remediation. Lloyd came in and discovered that there was significant mold in the basement where the remediation was supposed to have occurred. He told me that it would be silly for me to pay for an air quality test when there was visible mold. Instead he performed several swab tests (which are less expensive), took extensive moisture readings & photos of the basement, and drafted a written report that was critical in our convincing the sellers that another remediation needed to be done. Lloyd also met with us and the sellers to walk us through his report and concerns. Lloyd is incredibly knowledgeable, very patient, and explains things very clearly. I would strongly recommend him to others who are facing mold problems.

From start to finish, Lloyd at Metro Restoration was a knowledgeable, honest, and thorough professional. He evaluated our basement issues, recommended a solution, and provided a detailed scope of work and cost estimate. He gave us his opinion of what we did and did not need to do, saving us time and money. Metro Restoration performed the work and cleaned and repaired our basement beyond even our expectations. They complied with our specific requests and specifications, they did not cut corners, and worked hard to restore our basement. Most importantly, the final cost did not exceed their original estimate. We will recommend them to any of our friends without hesitation.

This company claims expertise in removing severe pet odors. We purchase a property with severe pet odor because after looking at the property, they told us they knew how to remove the odor for a reasonable price by simply cleaning carpets, ducts and walls. After the purchase was completed, we called them in and the services were performed correctly. But the odor was not removed and in fact became worse. We had to spend many thousands of dollars afterwords to remedy the problem by removing sections of walls, insulation, carpeting and sub-flooring.
