Description of Work: I wanted an while new porch... I called three times and no one would call back to come give estimate

Description of Work: Constructed a custom Azek deck.

Description of Work: Before making my decision to use Affordable Decks, I invited several companies to provide information and estimates. I was very impressed with the knowledge and response to my questions from the representative of Affordable Decks and chose them based on their product, price, and the comments from other Anglie's List clients. The workmen arrived on time and finished the project the same day. Because it was dark when they finished, I wasn't able to see the final result. Upon inspection the next day, I was very pleased with the color selection I made. I was disappointed, however, that the area around and under the old deck was not returned to its pre-construction condition and some defective materials were installed. - Two large, concrete sidewalk pads were not reset; - Landscaping lava and river rock that was moved for post-holes and construction were not replaced; - The siding on my house where the previous deck had been attached was left unrepaired; - One of the newly installed rails has two deep gouges and the finish on that piece looks as if it were dropped or scratched; - A cap on one of the support posts lifts right off; -The nails used in the steps and deck left deep holes that are not only very obvious, due to the light color of the material, but detract from the appearance The representative a returned a few days later to clean up after the laborers, and when I pointed out these things, he didn't seem eager to satisfy my complaints. He said he would be back to take care of "some" of it, (and told me I needed to order more lava and river rock!) I have not seen or heard from him in the nearly three weeks since the deck was built. I also asked about filling the un- sightly nail holes with matching putty and was told that would not work. I plan to do it myself. Needless to say, I am not completely satisfied with Affordable Decks! I should have asked but, as part of the presentation/bid process, I think potential customers be informed if landscaping, etc., will not be returned to pre-construction condition/ appearance.

Description of Work: THEY BUILT A ROOF AND SHINGLED IT TO THE HOUSE, OVER MY FRONT PORCH.

Description of Work: DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF WOOD DECK AND ROOF.

Description of Work: REMOVED OLD DECK AND AWNING AND REPLACE WITH NEW DECK AND ROOF. ALSO ADDED A ROOF OVER FRONT DOOR.
