Gutters look great, really glad John the project manager pointed out that they were failing so I could address it along with the roof.

Installers did a great job!

Our project was done quickly and well - they removed old asbestos tile siding and installed vinyl siding. HGE met our expectations (and then some). From the initial visit/estimate with Ryan through the walk-through with John, any questions we had were answered. I was regularly in contact via text with John as the project progressed as well as had on-site chats with him. With how well things had gone, we asked John to write up an estimate to repair a gutter that was damaged a few years back (taken care of within days) and we have one more project on the books. Now if only this rain would stay away for a bit.

Our new windows are wonderful! I just wish I had found home genius sooner! John our project manager went over the windows with us and showed us all the features and operations. Donâ t waste your time with anyone else.

The representative who did the inspection and took pics was very thorough and helpful. The crew sent to do the roofing installation were on time and worked steadily to get the job done.

Ryan was a very efficient, honest representative when examining our roof. He really did go way beyond the other inspectors who came to give estimates. The workers who performed the job were very efficient, polite and well trained, also cleaning up and leaving us with a very good feeling about the whole experience.

Everybody was professional. Asked me throughout the process if i was happy woth the work being done. Yuri did my gutters he was great, Ivan did my roof him and his crew were great. Mike the install manager was great as well.

The only critique I can raise is that some of the crew they hired for the work were a little less professional in their appearance and conduct compared to the estimator and project manager. I did raise this at the time and was informed it is an ongoing process for them and they do aim to have high levels of professionalism at every level. That is the only critique though. The project manager, Mike, was *extremely* professional and courteous throughout the project, including when I did raise my critiques, and responded with professionalism and grace. The estimator, Hudson, was also very very thorough and courteous. The roof does then look to have been installed correctly and, knock on wood, does not leak. A great experience overall and I would recommend them.

Amazing experience with Home Genius. The sales team was very knowledgeable and walked us through every step. The installers did a great job keeping the job site clean. John walked us through how to operate everything and confirmed no screws or debris were left behind. Will most certainly use them for future window projects.

They were good but could or would not repair our roof. They proposed a new roof.
