Rocky not only restored my floors but my confidence in home contractors. After some not so professional experiences lately it was refreshing to find some one who arrived when promised.and did a great job at a really reasonable price. My floors are beautiful. A true expert in his field, I would highly recommend him.

Rocky is a true professional, a tireless worker, and an extremely nice guy. I had all of the floors in my home refinished, and was working under an extremely tight time frame. Rocky was able to start right away, and brought enough staff to get the job done earlier than I required. His quote was among the lowest I obtained, yet his work was top notch. He and his staff were courteous and professional and worked around my schedule and desire to stay in the house during most of the work. He even came out on Saturday to apply the finishing touches. I am a partner in a 15 unit apartment buildingi n Lancaster, PA and recently hired Rocky to refinish floors that were 100+ years old. The floors had never been finished and were buried under multiple layers of tile and floor coverings. Rocky came in and in a few weeks the floors looked as though they belonged in a showroom. All of the contractors on site, who were working on the units couldn't believe how great the floors came out. I was so impressed that I brought Rocky all the way to NJ to refinish the hardwood floors in my 150 year old Victorian home. The results were nothing short of amazing!!!! Rocky gave us an estimate in the fall, and we decided to go with him based on his knowledge and experience, but weren't ready for the work to be done until after the holidays - it turned out to be February before the ceiling and walls were completed! But we called him at the last minute, and Rocky was VERY accommodating, came out the next workday and went to work... We were amazed at his diligence in sanding the floors (original 1927 1" wide oak flooring) until they were mark free, and went with his suggestion of the 2-coat "Traffic" commercial grade polyurethane finish. The floors turned out beautifully! We RECOMMEND!

Rocky came out the same day I made a request for refinishing on your site. By the following week Rocky was busy refinishing our upstair flooring. The original Oak floors have now been restored and are beautiful. He helped in the process of replacing the trim by leaving us some stain that will match the floor, he also recommended the type of floor cleaner I should use. We were very pleased with Rocky's work on our hardwood floors. Not only did he provide an excellent service, but he was as competitive as anyone in our area as far as price. He repaired, sanded, sealed, and coated our floors to make them look new. He was able to answer and explain any questions regarding the floors repairs, finish, maintenance, and care that we had. I would highly recommend Rocky's service for anyone within his service area as he looks out to meet his customer's wishes. Not only have I already recommended him to a co-worker, but we plan on having him do future work for us to make our floors even more beautiful.
