The Gentleman, Chuck, I believe was awesome. He told as as soon as he arrived, without looking that there was most likely no problem. He took his ladder, climbed to the top, inspected and told us because it is a gas fireplace there is no chimney. It's just for looks.​ He turned the fireplace on, told us it was fine and that we should let it run for a few hours. Just a genuinely honest man. He would not even give us a bill for estimate. One of the others that called said it would be $75.00 just to come out, and I asked for a possible idea of how much it could be...price was ridicules. It's rare to find someone who is honest and takes pride in his reputation. We are in an over 55 community and I would and will recommend him to everyone.

These guys cared! through any obstacle that occurred a solution was quickly found to satisfy all!! Clean neat and respectful must be the motto of Alliance chimney. I highly recommend Chuck and his guys Michael and Nick. I had a chimney liner installed in my older home and they took care to leave it better than they found it. Some pointing was done as well at the top of the chimney that needed fix. I now look up with pride once again knowing the guys set me up for the next season change !

They do very good work and are straight up about how you can save money and NOT sell you things you do not need.

Alliance was the 4 th company I had out for an evaluation of what needed to be done. They were honest, punctual and reliable. Very professional and did not oversell their services. I highly recommend this company. We had a cap replaced and silicon sealant to help prevent leaks applied

I can't say enough good things about this company. We hired them to make some repairs and install a new liner for our house that we are selling. I wish we would have called them years ago!

Very consultative - did a thorough job cleaning chimney. Pointed out so things that will eventually need attention that I was unaware of - great service & price for service.

I hired them to install a stainless chimney liner for a new coal stove install. It was a challenge for the guys (very nice guys) as there was a rock laying in the chimney. They needed to come back on a second visit to complete the job, good determination. The only negative is that they flattened/bent the brand new stainless liner in an effort to get the liner in before they realized that the flue had the rack in there. When they finally discovered and removed the rock and then went to install the liner, they installed the flattened & bent liner instead of installing a new round liner. Now when I have it cleaned annually, the cleaners consistently have problems with the flattened/bent section. If I did it over again, I would have insisted on a new perfect conditioned (round) liner that I paid for. The install was also a little messy, and created quite the large amount of dust in our living room, actually staining a dark line around the walls and ceiling where they had hung a plastic sheet to control the dust. It required repainting the ceiling and walls, but looks good now.
