We had a wood stove installed by Alliance Chimney & Energy. Chuck the owner of Alliance Energy walked us through the entire project and took the time to explain options and answer all of our questions. He made us feel comfortable and his estimate was extremely competitive. He arrived on time, completed the install, and cleaned up like he was never there. He also took the time to answer multiple questions from our kids. They don't usually talk to unfamiliar people but he made them feel comfortable and he took the time to interact with them. As for the stove and the install, we are completely satisfied and would highly recommend!!!!!!

I am very satisfied with both the communication and service I received from Chuck at Alliance Chimney. I called him with a very tight deadline for a chimney sweep, and he was out the next day. He was very courteous and fairly priced. He also left the area around the fireplace as clean as he found it. I would definitely recommend him to a friend.

Very nice guy and very knowledgable - answered all of my questions and explained everything that was going on rather than a typical "black box" approach. I had him look at a few extra things and we ended up putting a new liner in the gas chimney as well to get the house up to code. Very pleased with the qork - quick, efficient, and clean. Great value for the $ - highly recommended!

Alliance Chimney & Energy, Inc. were professional and courteous with my chimney sweeping project. They were extremely prompt to my Service Magic request and showed up on time. He also helped out my neighbor, who thinks very highly of him, which is hard to do!

Chuck called me quickly, was friendly, set up a time and was flexible when we changed it, did the inspection and talked the options over with me, then did the work quickly and resolved all the issues. He also spent time explaining some things about my chimney, furnace and fireplace structure that were interesting and valuable to know. We discussed future options for a possible woodstove in the fireplace and he gave me ballpark estimates without trying to hard sell. I recommend you at least get Chuck in to do an estimate.
