They called ahead to let us know they were coming, they were actually early (a good thing), they worked diligently, explained all that they were doing, answered my questions, and made sure we were satified. I just received a thank you note from Chuck. His price was what he quoted and quite reasonable compared to the other quotes, and we received excellant service. My kind of company for that is the way I treat my customers. We had no worries when we fired up the fireplace that evening.
