I was reluctant to deal with a company that was not local but when I attempted to get quotes from local installers they either did not show or did not follow up with a quote. The only other quote that did come through did not give me the detail of the actual work or the materials being used. Chuck explained the process and the added value using his quality materials.

Honest quote, punctual, but I cannot tell if the work was done right since involved re-doing the chimney crowns and restoring the flu.
