Chuck over at Alliance was such a pleasure to deal with. As a local investor he was able to keep up with my needs on two property within a tight time frame. The one property needed brick point work and crown repair. I was selling the property and was able to have them complete the work to both my satisfaction and the new buyers. On my other property there was a squirrel mafia that had infested a no longer working chimney. They capped the chimney, removed the nesting, and did wonderful point work. So well infact I cant tell where the areas were replaced. Being a twin home with a single chimney they even pointed over onto my neighbors side. To sum up I will be using again, they went above and beyond meeting my needs.
