Mike showed up on time, was very pleasant, did and efficient job of cleaning our chimney and replaced a cracked panel. Another company had given me an estimate of $5000 to $12,000 to rip out our fireplace and replace it with a new one. Alliance Chimney replaced the panel and cleaned our chimney for $400.

My chimney was repaired, a liner and cap put in/on, fieldstone sealed where necessary. Service people were professional, personable, and efficient. It was a good job, well done, fairly priced and completed in a timely manner.

The service was to clean a woodstove stack and a chimney. Both fellows that came arrived early - checked to make sure that was ok - were respectful and courteous and informed us of everything that were doing and the results of the cleaning. They did discover a problem with the stack in our family room - that could have been a serious issue. They are coming back this week to take care of that problem. We would hire them again and highly recommend this company to friends and family.

Did cleaning, vacuuming, and recrowning of chimney. Took 3 hours and was complete, courteous, and I trusted the gentleman in my home. At end, I paid and swapped stories, which was great. Highly recommended, 5 stars, I'll always use this company to keep my chimney and fireplace in great shape. I would suggest this company offer a recurring visit plan, which I would definitely take advantage of.
