Excellent Customer Service. Chuck gave a fair and very detailed work proposal. His workers did a fantastic job cementing/stuccoing my two story chimney, and they applied the exact coloring to the stucco to match the rest of the house. I am more than pleased.!!!!!

Excellent service! Chuck got back to me right away and were able to come out quickly. Carlos performed our service and he was awesome. He was very personable and of course knowledgeable and informative. We will definitely use them again.

The estimater called the day I submitted my request and came out the next day to give me an estimate. He diagnosed the problem, how it would be corrected, what it would cost and scheduled the work at my convenience. The crew that did the actual work called to tell me they were caught in traffic and would arrive 30 minutes later than originally scheduled. They covered the area around the furnace to protect it during the cleaning and completed the repairs to the cap area of the flue. After completing their work the cleaned up everything and walked me through what they had done before they left.

Alliance installed a chimney liner for my gas furnace and resurfaced the crown. The liner install involved more work than anticipated, but they did an excellent job and stuck to their quote. I have two chimneys and will use them in the future. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs chimney services.

Mike and his team installed a stainless steel lining in my chimney. I was more than please with the completed job. The clean up was fantastic. I have already recommended them to a neighbor.

Good and reliable company

Chuck and the Alliance guys were awesome! Polite, punctual and honest!! I've dealt with many contractors and this was probably the easiest and best experience to date. I had the chimney liner and b vent replaced - the chimney was a real mess. Some contractors didn't even want the job. Chuck took it on and told me if it were easier than he thought he'd knock money off the estimate. Well it was and he did - $350. When does that happen?? Don't bother with other guys - just hire Alliance. Honest, responsive, punctual. Doesn't get better than that.

Very responses, meet and exceeded my needs, and walked me through the process and recommendations in a very human, non-technical way I could easily understand.
