I wasn't impressed too much. I think it was over-priced, and actually they always found something wrong that needed more attention. $175.00 to clean one chimney. I think that's a lot. It was all right, I guess, but what can you tell about a chimney unless you crawl in there? I had to take their word for it. He said he took pictures, and was going to send me pictures of the work that had to be done. I never got any pictures. The interaction with them was all right. I didn't get anything else done. I wasn't happy with them.

It went very well. They were very nice people. They did a great job. I was very, very happy with it. They had originally scheduled to come out towards the end of December like right before Christmas but we rescheduled them because of our schedules to mid-January. It was fine. They were pleasant. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very helpful. I would definitely use them in the future.

We made an appointment for a chimney inspection, and we were so impressed. The team did a full inspection of our chimney both from the roof and from the fireplace. They did a very thorough cleaning of the chimney, but the house is spotless thanks to the vacuums and drop cloths that they brought with them. As are new owners of our home, they also provided some general education about what type of chimney we have, how often to clean, how to avoid getting "smoke smell" in the house, etc. The team was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. We will definitely use Alliance again!

The company was not able to come out in the time that we needed them to.

Called Chuck to install a damper that was a condition of selling my house. He was able to get out quickly and take a look at what was needed. He could not perform the work due to manufacturer recommendations (gas log set) but gave some great alternatives. I tried other chimney companies and none were able to get out for a few months but Chuck was out in a little over a week. I will definitely be using him again on my next project.

I had to call the provider. Chuck was busy and promised to call me back. He didn't.

Chuck is very responsive, always calls back, and FAST. David and Carlos were professional and clean, and very friendly. Price was very fair for work provided. Stonework by Julio was excellent. These guys were awesome, we were very happy with the quality of their work.

Chuck and his crew were fabulous. He is totally honest and a great communicator. I had other contractors wanting to do unnecessary work such as power washing the chimney first and having me replace my chimney cap. Chuck informed me that all thins was not needed. I will definitely use him again in the future.

The team was professional, punctual and completely trustworthy. I recently purchased my home and I initially hired Aliiance Chimney to clean the existing fireplace chimney, which included an aging wood stove. Upon inspection, Mike informed that the current condition of the wood stove was poor and offered a couple of options including repair or removal of the stove. We agreed removal was the best solution. I called the office and immediately scheduled a follow-up appointment to complete work. The team arrived on time, completed the work in a professional manner for the same amount previously quoted and they even cleaned my floors when the job was finished! I have already recommended Alliance Chimney to a friend and will continue to do so in the future.

It went very well. They called to let me know that thy were on the way to my home. They arrived exactly when they said. They kindly introduced themselves and entered my home. They looked at the fireplace and we discussed what would be done. They would inspect the fireplace/chimney/and clean it. The results were that it was in very good shape and only needed a good cleaning. The guys were very nice and we chatted about their work and hobbies. I really enjoyed meeting Chuck and his partner. I will be using their services next season to do the same work for us. My wife and I feel very safe that the fireplace is in good shape and ready for the season. Which makes my wife very happy.

I purchased a Big Deal. I never heard from them. They were supposed to contact me in 2 days. My credit card was charged. I want my money back and I don't want to do business with them.

Both guys were very polite and friendly. Service was quick and they cleaned everything up nicely.

The workers were a few minutes late, however they called ahead to inform me of the delay. They worked very quickly and efficiently. They stacked the removed bricks neatly next to my side wall and cleaned up behind them selves. Because I was getting the wall pointed they did not poin the entire chimney and gave me an additional discount for this. I would call this company agAIN IF I need any work done on a chimney and have recommended them to a friend.

Chuck arrived on time and performed the cleaning and inspection. He did a nice job of explaining his recommendations for repair and maintenance of our chimney. Will be using Alliance Chimney Inc. in the future.

The installer and his helper showed on time and they where both helpful, conscientious, and courteous of my home and my time. The installer was very careful to explain everything to me, what he was doing as well as why he was doing it. The helper also took a picture of the newly coated crown so that I knew that they had done all the work they promised on the original invoice. They even honored a coupon I had gotten from their newsletter. They where all fantastic to work with and made something I dreaded doing a smooth process. Thanks so much guys.!!!

There was a detailed description of the services and art work in the ad to match. This was for a fireplace chimney. I purchased the big deal and when they called for my appointment Suddenly the ad was for A FURNACE chimney insert!!!!!!!!!? Essentially, they reneged on the deal. I called Angie's list and they tried very hard to find me a substitute, but unfortunately could not, hence, I am getting a refund. Thank you, Angies's List for your help. I really don't like bait and switch and do not recommend Alliance Chimney and Energy.

My experience with them went well. They were pretty good. They were on time and everything was done as expected. It was a pretty good experience. They were timely, courteous inside the house and outside. They did what they were supposed to do. We went with them because we wanted to get our chimney inspected and this was a pretty good deal and their reviews were pretty good, too.

It went great. These guys are real pros. Customer oriented, friendly, forthcoming. Very responisve and up front. Chuck is a great guy and employess great people. They stand by their work and their products. Sends cards out every year for maintenance, cleaning, etc...One stop- One shop. Very glad that we picked Alliance to do this job. Great people.

We were in the process of selling our home and a new chimney liner was suggested by the home inspector. On 5/16/14, Michael from Alliance arrived to clean and inspect our chimney. He was professional and courteous, and confirmed that we were in need of a new chimney liner. He gave me quite a helpful education on chimney liners in terms I could actually understand. It was nice that he took the time to do this- instead of just telling me I need a new chimney liner, he actually explained why. He ordered the part and returned on 5/30/14 to replace the chimney liner. His work was efficient and impeccable. I would recommend Alliance, and in particular, Michael, to anyone. Our new home has a fireplace and we will definitely be using Alliance again.
