Butch with S&S flooring was great to work with. He provided great customer service and was quick in getting back to me with my request for a quote.

The service was well-planned, thoughtful and intense. There was total commitment to our satisfaction. The floors are superior, and the price was very fair.

We wanted to have our pine floors polished, sealed, and polyeurathaned to prepare our house for sale. I called several companies and felt like the representative from S&S was the best qualified, most experienced, and very honest. The floors turned out better than I expected and everyone who has seen them has commented on how beautiful they look. I wish I had S&S do this years ago so that I could have enjoyed the floors while I was living in the house!

Would recommend Butch Kilne to my neighbors. Did a great job and was very efficent. Called if he was going to be late. Never left a mess. The job turned out just as I hoped it would.

Butch did a great job on the floors... they look amazing... boards had to be replaced and the original floors were such a mess, i couldn't imagine that they could look as good as they do now... everyone that sees them is amazed.

Excellent job restoring heart pine floors!!! My floors were ins such bad condition that none of my neighbors believed the could be restored!! Now I have nicest floors on our street!! I am do happy with them!!! Also there was a part were the wood was exposed for decades and he told me I was going to have a difference in the coloring... Really, not a big deal at all, in most of the rooms you couldn't even tell... and IT IS PRICELESS TO SEE THOSE BEAUTIFUL HEART PINE FLOORS THAT YOU ONLY CAN FIND NOW IN VERY OLD RENOVATED HOUSES! Also they were very reasonable with their price (half of what other were asking me) and the results couldn't b better

Even though there were severe problem spots, the floors turned out beautifully. My family and friends couldn't believe what a beautiful job Butch did. He was kind, courteous and most professional. I would definitely recommend S & S flooring to anyone and actually already have.

My floor had been damaged (stained) by the previous owners pet. Two contractors had pretty much told me I was going to have to replace sections of wood in several rooms because of the severity of the pet stains. S&S got those stains out with out having to replace the wood. These 60 year old floors are absolutely beautiful after S&S refinished them. It was well worth the money I spent getting them done. Refinishing your floors may be one of those jobs that may seem expensive over carpeting but in the long run you'll be glad you did it when you see the results.

We are thrilled with our floors! Butch is a very professional and personable young man, and he did a wonderful job on our floors. He also answered every question and addressed every concern with patience and courtesy. We had no other references to choose our floor finisher, so we took a real risk hiring this company based on only Service Magic's information. I couldn't be more pleased with not only the service, but the price as well.
