Rob was great in the assessment of our things and move. He explained the process thoroughly. We had a two day move. The movers were efficient and worked at a fast pace.

If i could leave less than One Star; i would. Terrible Company. Scratched; Dented; and Gouged several pieces of Furniture. Left a Healthy Scratch on my Laminate Floor right in front of the Foyer; IMPOSSIBLE to miss as you're walking in the door. I had my Laminate Flooring for approximately 10+ years before moving out; and not so much as a slight dent. The people that bought my place are going to Rent my old place out; and they were good about the gouge mark on my laminate. Overall; can't say enough Bad Things about this particular Company.

O’Briens came to my home and did the survey. They got our business. I called several moving companies and they all needed to do a phone survey. My favorite question from one of the other companies was “Ma’am how much does that rolling tool chest weigh🤔🤷‍♀️”? Thanks for coming to my home Rob!!

They made the move very easy. The office staff helped with coordinating multiple moves. The movers were on time and professional. Would highly recommend them.

The movers were late. They damage multiple pieces of furniture. They refused to compensate for the damaged furniture.

Approximately twenty minutes before the in-home estimate, the employee called me to tell me that they were booked on the day of my move and that even if they could move me that day, there was an eight hour minimum. He told me I should move the following week and he would do it for only a four hour minimum. Now, I am two weeks from my moving date with no mover and no respect for this company! Stay away!

I first called this company for an estimate on an in-town move. The estimator showed up punctually at 8:30 am, so that I was able to get to work on time. Right on the spot, he got out his computer and a portable printer and printed me out an estimate. I next booked the company, and they promptly sent me out the paperwork to sign, with clear instructions about the process and what would happen on the day of the move. As the time drew near for me to move, it became clear that my contractors were not going to have my house ready by moving day, so I had to call and reschedule. I also asked if it would be possible to make a second stop at my storage unit on the day of the move. I was certain there would be some sort of penalty for canceling the original moving date and also, extra charges for making a second stop. There was not. I was told it was not a problem, and they booked my move at the later date, complete with a stop at my storage facility. Two movers showed up on time, were courteous and careful, and worked quickly and efficiently. While they tried to make my estimate, they informed me during the job that the stop at the storage facility had set them back in time and that I would be going slightly over the estimate. This was entirely understandable, and I appreciated them bringing this to my attention. The two guys were great. Good natured, hard working, and careful. This was important because my home had just been painted and the floor refinished. Not a mark. They even managed to get a heavy Stearns and Foster mattress up a tight stairwell without any damage to the walls whatsoever. They were excellent about asking where I wanted eveyrthing put. All in all, I was so pleased, I gave them the good tip that they deserved. These guys worked hard. I've moved a lot in my day and have had some challenging experiences with movers. These guys made it almost seem pleasant! Highly recommend.
