We had problems with a leaky toilet and also with water draining from our washer. The company was contacted, and we arranged a mutually acceptable date which was to be on a Monday. On the Friday morning prior, they called to say a plumber was available and would it be convenient for him to call. Of course it was, and he appeared at the arranged time and examined and solved our plumbing problems.

We are exceptionally pleased with him and his work. He was very professional and he knew what he was doing. We now feel like we have a good plumber.

Dan was pleasant, but spent far longer on the job that I was told, twice as long to replace one faucet 2.5 hours. Dan spent many times going to his truck & had to return a few days later to fix a leak from the disposal he had removed & replaced when fitting the faucet.

I called and got an appointment a week out. Dan arrived about 30 minutes later than expected, but he got the job done quickly and was very pleasant. Explained what he was going to do. Told us leak was certainly caused by lack of caulk (a big relief!). I guess we looked old enough, he also gave us the senior discount without asking.

First day in new (existing) house and discovered water was leaking from upstairs shower down into kitchen ceiling. Nice! I called Rayborn and said it was urgent.(Not only because of the leak, but I need to mitigate the damages so I could get reimbursed from the previous owner). They said they were booked solid through the week and could not come out for at least a week. I asked about emergency service to no avail. They then recommended another plumber, which I called, but never received a return call...super. From other posts, they do good work, but they dropped the ball on this one. At least previous owner paid our bill in full.

Good, professional, fast, a bit spendy but you get what you pay for.

Rayborn was wonderful to work with, especially on the normally dreadful scheduling. Instead of waiting around all afternoon, Rayborn called 1/2 hour before their service person was heading out. The repairman was fast, informative and fixed the problem. They did have to order a part, but proactively contacted us to report the part was ready and schedule time to come out and finish the job. My experience with plumbers is limited, but the scheduling and customer service was wonderful, exceeding my expectations and any previous plumbing interactions.

The plumber was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, on time and efficient. I thought he did a very good job, and I will definitely call Rayborn again if we need any work done. They are now my plumbers "of choice"!

The office staff was very professional, courteous, and helpful. They were booked several weeks out, but since we didn't have an emergency, that was okay with us. They called the day before to remind us of the appointment and asked us to leave them a message to confirm that we would be home. The plumber, Dan I think, arrived on time, was efficient and didn't mind answering questions. We had called about the kitchen sink, but we asked him to look at the bathroom sink as well, which he was very nice about; even showing us how to clean out the trap in the future. The company was up front about it's fees and they seemed in line with other plumbing companies. I would recommend them.

The lady on the phone was very courteous and patient. She recognized my problem as a typical one that many people have, and saved me money and time. I will definitely call them next time I have a problem.

Dan was great, fixed the problem, let me know what caused it and charged a fair price.

This was the most wonderful experience. Larry was great help on the phone and so nice. Charlie came out and did the installation. Everything was so clean when he left you couldn't even tell work had been done. Top notch! Thank you!

Excellent experience. Company did best to get us fitted into schedule. Service person, Dan, was very nice, and very good at what he did.

Dan quickly got to work. It was a no fuss job. Smile on his face and a professional approach to his job.

The plastic line broke after 12 years. The connection is from under sink through crawl space over to refrigerator (about 20 feet). Dan came on date and time of appointment, did the work in 1.5 hours. Charge was as expected with $44 service charge just to travel and appear on site. I was warned about that fee up front. He cleaned up after himself, work completed and works fine. I would recommend this company.

Rayborn's was VERY accommodating as it was a small emergency. They got a plumber over in the morning and he fixed our problem in just under an hour. Was very knowledgeable and gave valuable insight. Would easily use them and recommend them to anyone!

Rayborn's man was prompt, polite and professional. We felt that the charges were reasonable. Unfortunately, after he left we realized that more work needs to be done. We will definitely be calling the same company to perform the needed repairs.

The scheduling staff was very pleasant and professional. The plumber who came on time couldn't have been nicer, did exactly what I needed, and price was what was quoted - great overall experience. Will surely use them again.

Dan arrived within 5-minutes of scheduled time. Took the time after completion of job to explain what he did and why.

They were very courteous and truthful. They told me they were very busy and asked if I wanted it now, they would recommend someone and if not, I was welcome to wait.

Excellent customer service and work performed. I had called out two other plumbing companies prior to Rayborn, neither of which could fix the constantly filling toilets. However, Rayborn's service plumber managed to carry out the work successfully. He was knowledgeable, efficient, punctual and carried the correct parts to fix the problem. Office support staff also deserve recognition - asked the right questions to identify the problem and make of toilets. Would definitely use this company again.

They were fantastic. I called about a storage area under my garage that was flooded. He could have told me anything, but he said that it was draining naturally. He didn't charge me, and said he will put it on my next bill. They were quick to respond and very comforting. They called ahead of time. When one faucet leaked, he was there at 8 the next morning to fix it. I would recommend them and will hire them again in the future.

Excellent. The plumber was on time, and the work was done in an efficient manner with no wasted time. The plumber was friendly, but business-like, a combination I greatly appreciate. Although I think all plumbers charge too much, this company offered a senior discount, which I took advantage of, saving approximately $20.00 on the bill.

John was great and very professional. He came soon after I called even on a busy Monday morning. He was very experienced, did his work quickly and expertly. He did not do any more work than necessary, keeping the cost as low as possible. Clean-up was excellent. I will use Rayborn again in the future without question.

My job was fit in several days before actual scheduled time, which I appreciated. (Company actually called twice to check if job could be done before date scheduled!) Nick, the plumber, arrived when expected, was very polite, answered my questions, and I felt the price was reasonable.
