Description of Work: Installed a new HVAC system. They were punctual and professional at all times. The only person we dealt with that was troublesome was the guy that came out to set up the installation. He had a lot of "No" concerning the placement of the air conditioner. Every place we considered was not possible according to him. We ended up purchasing a different kind of AC that was placed where we wanted it. Even that was something he wasn't sure was possible. The original guy we talked with, Tom, evidently talked to him and when the installers came out everything went smoothly. The work was done on time, with great care and they cleaned up the work area splendidly. We will use them for all future HVAC needs.

Description of Work: This company came out to assess why our heater quit pumping warm air. They replaced the cheapest, easiest part to see if that took care of the problem. It did!

Description of Work: I can't rate their work because the install has yet to happen (we are on the schedule for the first week in July) so far everyone has been great to work with. I contacted them the first time by filling out a form on their website. In less then a half hour they called and set up the first appointment. Their salesman, Tom, did a very through job of inspecting out home and laying out our heating and cooling needs. He found some things that another company had overlooked and would have created problems if not corrected. We are looking forward to our new system and a long and happy relationship with Oregon Heating.

Also diagnosed problem with electronic air filter, explained it was expensive to replace and said if I didn't want to buy now I could do it later on the internet which would be cheaper. |

Description of Work: Our gas log flame was low. The serviceman said that it was the draft, but then I mentioned that it wasnt that way in the past years. Then he said that it was the gas line. To his credit he really tried to figure this out. In the end he said it was the valve. When I asked if he could fix it he said no. So I paid for a call and the problem was not fixed. When I asked him who could fix it he said he didnt know.
