I really like them. They cheaper than the price I got from other brake shops. They did a satisfactory work at the best price.

Went in for a brake inspection about 8:30 am and at that time the manager mentioned that they were very busy and unless I was going to have them do the job then to not waste their time. The brakes definitely needed to be replaced along with the rotors and no supprise it was going to be more than the $88 on their sign. Over heard the manager telling another patron that only one in every 7 or 8 vehicles comes in at that. He told me that if they didn't have the parts they could get them in 15 to 20 minutes that was ok. By 12 I was begining to wonder if my whole day was going to be spent there. The first set of rotors were wrong so they had to reorder more and they showed up about 12:30 and the mechanic spent a little over and hour putting things back together. I started out as a mechanic over 30 years ago and know how important it is to keep your hands clean and grease free when assembelylng brakes I saw none of the mechanics using gloves and the last thing you need on brakes is grease. When came to final bill time I asked the manager if the different rotors were going to be a different price and he got very upset that I would even question him. I was told that the rotors were the same price and from being in the parts business that was not true. He then flipped the reciepts at me showing there was a $16 dollar difference. The manager was extremely rude so I called their corporate complaining about it at the same time another gentleman was having the same problem and calling in. Of course corportate defended him that is to be expected but they did call him for both of us. His attitude did not really change but at least he did not give us any more guff. I would recomend that getting another estimate would be wise. To spend 5 hours getting a brake job replacing with all new parts I feel is excessive. Need to also watch them about over torqueing I did not witness my mechanic using a torque wrench. If your going to have your brakes flushed inquire if they have a power flusher. I would probably never return again and I am sure the manager is not interested in positive word of mouth advertising           99 A6Quatro

Based on their advertisements for a ''4 Wheel Brake Special for only $99.95'', I made an appointment. They inspected my vehicle, showed me some brake pads, and gave me an initial price of over $300. I asked him to put my vehicle back together and I would leave. He returned with a price of $248, which I accepted. Schwab had given me a price of $160 for doing the front brakes(they had not mentioned the rear brake leaks). Overall, I felt that I was taken in by BrakeTeam's lowball price advertising, which is the primary reason I would not recommend this company to others.

It was very busy, yet they don't take appointments. All in all it was a slimey experience, and I don't really expect very much from most car repair chains. I am convinced that had I not told them I'd be back later that I would have been given a much more "strong arm" treatment.

THE MECHANIC SUGGESTED REPAIRS THAT WERE HELPFUL, AND THEN WAS ABLE TO FIT WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE INTO OUR BUDGET. THEY WERE FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND HAD PROMPT SERVICE. WE HAVE SINCE RECOMMENDED THIS BUSINESS TO OUR FRIENDS.

THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM, SO THAT THE BRAKES WORK GREAT NOW. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE HOWEVER WAS TERRIBLE!!! IT TOOK THEM OVER SEVEN HOURS TO DO THE JOB AND THE MECHANICS WERE RUDE.
