Excellent. We were impressed from the start when they came to give us an estimate and then they followed up with the bid, then another person came and remeasured, a second person came to measure. Work was scheduled. Workers showed up on time and work was completed within a four hour window. Very impressed with workmanship and professionalism.

Very well. They did the work, were prompt, competent and professional. Windows look great. We were a bit flaky on starting, but they were understanding and patient with us. There was even an issue with a check got lost in the mail, but they were prompt, understanding, and nothing but professional. I will not hesitate to use them again.

This is the second time I used Clear Choice. They installed widows in my residence about 10 years ago and did a super job. When I decided to put windows in my rental they were immediately the company I thought of. There was a fair amount of dry rot around a bay window. They practically had to rebuild the entire bay. They did a quick and professional job of it. Liked their crew both times

We received a competitive quote for replacing windows and doors. Because of the age of the home the new windows would either new interitor trim or some small additional inside trim. We placed our order but after thinking about the trim we decided not to proceed. Mo and Ben were most helpful and promptly return our deposit without any hesitation. If we do decide to proceed at a later date we will definately call them again.

We had our very old single pane windows replaced by wonderful new windows that actually open. They were great this summer when it was so hot and we are looking forward to staying warmer this winter too. The installers were great. They were done on time, paid attention to the details and really cleaned up when they were done.

About 6 months ago we noticed a window in the front of our home had moisture between the panes. As time went on the moisture grew and we realized it needed to be replaced. I knew Home Depot offered various home repair services, so I called and a few days later a salesman came out and made a presentation. He tried to close me that day but I told him that he was only the first company I had contacted, so get back to me at the end of the week. I also contacted a company that replaced only the glass in my current Milgard window and got his bid. Finally, I contacted a local company Clear Choice Windows & Doors. I happened to mention that I had also gotten a bid from a Home Depot representative. Mo, the owner of the company, said he would send someone out to give me a bid but also suggested I look up the reviews for Home Depot. I did and was shocked! I never expected such a large company that I had dealt with for years (when buying home repair supplies) to have such consistently poor reviews (and horror stories) for years…all across the country! I then looked up the Clear Choice reviews and noted they were consistently positive on the price, the product (Milgard) and in dealing with the company. As it turned out the bid from Clear Choice was less than half of what Home Depot quoted and only a few dollars more than the company that would have only replaced the glass. The other thing was Mo and the other people I dealt with from Clear Choice were ALL amazingly friendly and helpful. By the way, the guy from Home Depot never called me back. The window was recently installed and it looks great. I would DEFINITELY recommend you call Clear Choice Windows & Doors as one of the companies where you get a bid if you need a window replaced!!

I want to let you know just how pleased my husband and I are with the window installation by Clear Choice. The product (Milgard) is exceptional along with their customer service. Everything came out as promised and throughout the entire process they worked with us around our other projects. David, Mo, Thomas, everyone was just so wonderful to work with. We ran into some problems with two of the windows in the basement. Thomas quickly referred us to a contractor who reframed the windows. Clear Choice came back and completed the installation of the last two windows in a timely fashion. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to replace their Windows.

I apologize to Mo and crew for writing this review almost one year after the job was completed, but better late than never! I had 16 Marvin Integrity windows installed by Mo?s company and am extremely pleased with the windows. I cannot remember the crew member?s name, but Mo, Chris and crew did a wonderful job of installing the windows. Chris went out of his way to try and put a stained glass window back into my entryway that I had because it was too large for the new frame. Chris and crew accomplished this, but I chose to put a new window in ? again thank you for the extra effort. They also were able to keep some woodwork in my kitchen and dining room that I wanted to keep. The crew was very professional and knew what they were doing. They cleaned up every day and always let me know what was planned for the day. I would highly recommend them to anyone having doubts- it was a pleasure working with all.

Estimator arrived on time, talked about one window replacement, but when we progressed to windows requiring making a new opening and header was told this was difficult, not their common work, and due to how "busy" they were, likely not going to bid the job (they would need to subcontract the structural header work). So this fim can probably handle removal and installing replacement prefabbed packaged window insets, but not more complex window work. If they had said that before he and i woulldn't have wasted our time going to the contract work site etc. update 8/7/15 First let me say I didnt find this sitatuion a catastophy, rather a minor pain. My intent in writing a negative review was to put the vendor and other members on notice of a facit not often considered in contract bid work, the bid process itself. The estimator (Tim) gave me a call the day after telling me "no bid", indicating he and his boss were concern over my negative review... and wanted to "make things right". I indicate that my goal was to bring attention to the disconnect within their organization between phone agent and estimator, to help them or future customers. I was told that they considered it very important to preserve their Angies list ratings (great to hear) so he offered to do the job, with the window expense being at thier cost. As a matter of principle I wouldn't have accepted, and I already signed a contract another top Angies list reviewed vendor. But I find the offer gratious to that end. From the various other reviews this vendor appears highly professional and reputable and was the reason i called them to bid in the first place. So i have now revised the previous professionalism "D" to a "C" and their responsiveness from "B" to "A"... a more appropriate feedback at the interaction completion. Obviously not all experiences go perfectly. This site and commumitity never is a substitute for "Caveat Emptro". In closing, I believe the vendor has learned from this experience and will improve as a result, and i hope other Angies customers continue to be as clear as possible with their estimators, not just as to the scope of the work required, but also asking the question "is this work i described something you are suitably experience, and can and will (schedule) be able to bid on? .

Owner Mohsen Salama carefully researched what products were available to satisfy the city's concerns. He then helped with the explanations, plans and drawings needed for the city. We agreed to have his company install the windows he recommended at the price he quoted. The windows were ordered and work was scheduled as soon as we knew the windows would be available. The installation commenced on the scheduled date and was completed in two days just as Mo had said. The crew was very professional, courteous and respectful and did a beautiful job. We very much appreciated the company's excellent communication and helpfulness, even including their receptionist. We will definitely use Clear Choice for our future window and/or door projects. Additionally, we will not hesitate to recommend them to our family, friends and neighbors.

The service provided was excellent. The windows look amazing, we can tell I huge difference in noise reduction and insulation. The workers were efficient, polite, and professional. All our questions were answered on the spot and the window installers left our house with the interior and exterior spotless,no mess.

Replaced all windows in our house with Milgard Tuscany series windows. On the south side offset glass was used for sound control; triple pane was used on the north side. Complicating the replacement was the non-standard depth of the original south side windows. Since those windows were deeper than normal, all of the interior trim had to be replaced as well. Eunice (the trim worker) did a phenomenal job matching the interior trim with the trim in the rest of the house; it is a virtually perfect match that no one will ever know was not original trim (unless they drill into it and realize that the trim is of higher quality than the original!). James and crew were extremely polite, not only with us, but with each other. I was at home the first day of installation, and repeatedly heard the guys cheerfully helping each other out, providing suggestions, etc. That attitude helps in doing a good job overall and it shows in the work. In the office, Mo was very good to work with. Personally, I never expect absolute perfection in any job; what separates the great contractors is how they deal with the inevitable issues that do arise. Mo, James, and Clear Choice were a delight in that regard. They listened to concerns and questions and resolved issues quickly and well. While I'm obviously very thrilled with Clear Choice, I'm a little less thrilled with Milgard. We had Milgard Windows done in a previous house app 12 years ago and my perception is that even the Tuscany (high-end) vinyl is not quite up to previous standards. A few specific words of caution -- we had several windows with various levels of cosmetic issues, two windows with cracked channels (requiring re-order) and a casement that came with an incorrect handle. In addition, there is a federally required HUD window sticker that on non-operating windows (fixed picture windows) is sometimes placed in a location by Milgard that is visible after installation. One of our windows ended up with a bit of the sticker showing that had to be addressed by Clear Choice. These were all Milgard quality issues, not Clear Choice. Clear Choice dealt with everything very well, but the issues with Milgard underscore the importance of having a great contractor in this space. I suspect that Milgard is not much worse than other replacement window manufacturers (you can find many horror stories about them all) so pick a good contractor no matter what you do! In that regard, I would recommend Clear Choice again without hesitation.

They did a magnificent job. David was very knowledgable and went into a lot of detail and followed through with everything.

I loved him as a matter of fact we are going to have more windows done. We would definitely call them back. They were absolutely amazing. They were awesome. They were so professional. We didn't even know they had taken a window out, because they would take one and out and put it right back in, it was totally seamless. They told me it would probably be a three day project and they were done in like two days. They were courteous, they cleaned up after themselves. I was really impressed.

4th time we have used this company on large 20 window/door jobs to 2 window jobs like this to warranty replacements. Each time the bid was timely and price was in the middle. Measurement phase handled by knowledgeable coordinator and construction crews have been excellent in terms of both technical work and customer satisfaction. They went the extra mile on a warranty issue that they really didn't have to be involved in but they did it anyway. Very good value overall. Will continue to use in the future.

My wife dealt with them more than I did, but we were very impressed with their service from start to finish. ? Great communication: responsive to both phone and email communication; we've found that not many contractors are great at this, so Clear Choice was a breath of fresh air. We had some unexpected expenses come up unrelated to this project, so we had to have a few different quotes done to scale back our initial project with them. They never pressured us to do anymore than we wanted, and adjusted the bid accordingly. ? Not only do they communicate well with the customer, but also seem to do so with one another. They had an idea of what others were doing and could speak to the whole process. ? The sales guy Joe was great with our back and forth; he came out twice to the house to make sure we were satisfied with what we wanted. ? Easy to schedule with and very accommodating, moved our install date when we needed ? Project manager Chris was great and kept good records of the job. ? The office lady (Kayleen) is friendly and helpful. ? The installers are considerate of the floors. Mopped them afterwards. Made sure I knew how to open the windows. They too would communicate timelines; arrived on time for the work to be done. We have more windows to replace in the future and will be using them again.

I am very pleased with this company from the initial meeting with Joe to the final installation. Joe and Mo were easily reached for any questions I had and they both had good suggestions/ideas for me to consider. There was also good follow-up with Chris, the project manager. They did a good job of installing the windows, were neat and cleaned up everyday. The new windows look great! I would highly recommend this company.

Mo replaced all the windows in my house about 10 years ago. At that time not only did he replace them but he made some bigger at my request and additional work beyond basic installation. After about eight years I had a sudden manufacture window failure in a driving rain storm. His response was immediate and he got his team out. Additionally I had a very slow leak that only appeared again, in driving rain.Once again he sent his expert team out and they fixed the issue which has yet to reappear. I will be doing some additional window work in the future and will have no hesitation in calling Mo.

The bid from Choice Windows was several thousand dollars less than the same windows from 2 other companies. Everybody I dealt with was very nice and professional from the sales person to the guy who measured the windows to the installation crew. The installation crew covered all of the carpet around the windows and even managed not to damage plants that were right in their way. They worked really hard to get everything finished in a timely manner and cleaned up everything before they left. I love the windows, especially the sliding door with the blinds inside the panes.

The details were two people on the outside the entire day on pump jacks and a plank, writing numbers on the back of every piece of final siding they took off. they were great to clean up and a final walk-through I'm very happy , with the work and the windows are beautiful. Gerard .in Tigard Oregon
