The first estimate was for CertainTeed windows. Clear Choice did not have the lowest price. I decided to get estimates for Milgard. Clear Choice had the best price on Milgard. They estimated 2 months after I signed the contract. I called a month later and got my installation date about when they estimated it would be. Three days before the scheduled date they called and said that they finished a job early and could come the next day. I wasn't ready, but I said OK. I had to hustle to get all my stuff moved away from the windows and the blinds taken down. The work was done by two men in two and a half days. They laid drop cloths to collect the dirt. When they sawed and ground the openings they used a vacuum to capture the dust right off the saw blade so it did not fly around the house. They were able to pull the old windows out with a custom device so that the siding did not have to be cut. They did one window at a time to minimize the time the house was open. Everything except caulking was done in 2 days. The windows and door look great and work well. The only surprise was that they could not finish the carpet next to the patio door. I will get a handyman to do that or do it myself. They cleaned in and out and took away my old shades for no charge.

There were a few issues with our older windows that required aditional work from them. There were gaps between some of the windows and my siding was made mostly of concrete rather than wood so it was more difficult to work with. Moe was always on time for the work and he was able to resolve all of the issues. He was very accommodating regarding the extra issues that arose. He was very responsive and had great follow-up on everything. I was very impressed with the quality of the work and his willingness to accommodate our needs. I would highly recommend him.

Professional. Mo's presentation was a step above the 4 other bids. Knowledge and props on-hand to explain the who, what and how of windows earned Mo the business. I asked for contacts and addresses of previous work on homes similar to ours (split level ranch) and Mo provided within 24 hours. Steve and Tyler's install skills did not disappoint; everything looks and operates great. The aluminum living room window had been incorrectly install years before resulting in reduced interior trim. Mo's crew fixed the issue and replaced the trim for minimal extra charge. Mo followed up in the middle and at end of job to ensure everything was up to satisfaction.

The job went very well. They arrived when they were supposed to and did a great job. They were very careful about keeping things cleaned up as they went. They covered plants and other items to keep them from getting dirty or damaged.

They were professional, prompt and courteous. They did the job that we paid them to do. The windows fit very well.

Replaced all our old windows on our 4 story house. Required use of Pump Jack to get to window very high up on steep ground. They had lots of knowledge about the product and installation. Although the pump jack required additional time, we appreciate that they got it done right and safely.

Mo's company was awarded the work because he was helpful at our first meeting in talking through some design issues. The fee for this work was very competitive. He also was not afraid of using Andersen, though some competitors were more pushy in promoting strictly window manufacturers with which they had alliances. The installation process took roughly two-and-a-half weeks. His crew was courteous and professional. When I had a concern with an item, Mo had the item reworked. He also performed his own QA walk through at the end, and set a high standard for workmanship. We recommend this company.

Excellent. Moshen and his crew were responsive and totally service oriented. Price was extremely fair. I would highly recommend Clear Choice to anyone seriously interested in window replacement.

Mo was very nice and the least pushy salesman we ran into. Price was very competitive. They were able to schedule us in a little earlier than I think they liked so our new windows could be in before we had our house painted. Installation took two days for sixteen windows, very professional. Had problems with the latch on one window, we got very quick help from Clear Choice and they had a Milgard representative out to our house quickly to fix the problem. Our new windows look great!

Started on time and continued until finished. There was no rush and my work got number one attention. His crew was magnificent and extremely neat. Mohsen kept a close connection with his employees and I. The work was superb. Mohsen came to me after a horrible experience we had with a bankrupt company and turned a nightmare into a pleasant occasion.

Mohsen and his crew were incredible. They showed up when they said they were going to, left the property clean, and were very professional and friendly. Mohsen was always quick to reply to any of my questions or concerns.

Dealing with Mo and his crew was great. I had 6 bids and narrowed it down to 2. I felt comfortable with Mo as he was straight forward and honest. Being an engineer, I researched windows and installation techniques to death, and Clear Choice offered the best of both. I already had enough knowledge to know when someone was snowing me, and unfortunately there are a few of them out there. Clear Choice is not one of them! I had cheaper bids, but for the service and the quality of the windows, Clear Choice offered the best deal. I also checked out Mo's references and work, I found all to be excellent. The work went smooth. The crew was very professional and did a very nice job. Of course we had the hardest rain we had all year for a couple of the days, but they still did an excellent job in some bad conditions. I am pretty picky and was not satisfied with a piece of siding that was put back a little crooked. I mentioned it to Mo, and they quickly came back and fixed it.

The work was excellent and completed in less time than anticipated - 2 days to replace two front doors, two sliding glass doors, and ten windows. Also, the entire job was completed by the agreed end-date. Mohsen Salama was on time, extremely customer service oriented, thorough and reliable. He suggested I work with the Department of Energy and the Energy Trust of Oregon to receive a substantial tax break on the cost of the project. Mohsen connected me with both organizations and was extremely helpful in walking me through that whole process. I am impressed with Mohsen, his coworkers, and the quality of the windows and workmanship. I highly recommend working with him and Clear Choice Windows and Doors.

Crew was quick and thorough. Finished the job in a day and a half. The windows are great. We received quotes from 4 other companies and Clear Choice was the best. We are extremely happy with the work and the products.

Clear Choice was the only company we contacted who actually bothered to follow up their initial quote with a timely check-in to see if we had any additional questions. They acted like they wanted our business! The good communication continued throughout the job and we are extremely pleased with the results. The work was completed within the time frame originally stated. The work was done very cleanly, we weren't home when they work was being done, but we couldn't tell they had been there when we returned. All we could see was the new windows!

I got bids from 3 installers and decided to go with Clear Choice not only because the bid was very competitive, but because I was given comprehensive information about the process and timing of the installation. Mo was available to answer any and all questions we had and kept me informed about when the work would be completed. I was pleased with the crew, who were polite and courteous and always on time.

Mo was extremely helpful and informative. He spent a lot of time with us answering questions about the different window brands and the different methods of window installation. Mo and his staff arrived at the job site everyday as scheduled and the cleaned up each evening before leaving. The project was finished on time and the windows look GREAT! We could not be happier!
