Installers were fast, trustworthy and clean. I let them have a key to the house and didn't have to hassle with being around for them when they showed up. I just came home from work and magically had new windows in my house; like little elves came and went. Completely satisfied.

We liked the owner, Mo, from the beginning. When giving us his bid, he asked us a lot of questions, and made suggestions as to both practical and aesthetic improvements, often saving us money. Suggestions included making left to right sliders into bay windows at top, sliders at bottom, providing better views, and turning the bathroom window into a translucent up/down slider, half clear, half translucent, so now we don't need blinds for it & still have a view. He was not the least bit pushy or aggressive, saying only "if it were MY house, I'd do this....." We had a huge bay window in front, and he said he would have to raise the lower sliders by quite a bit, to keep the bay window under a certain square footage (due to new guidelines). When we were disappointed, he searched & found another vendor who agreed to keep the bay window the same size, and we didn't have to change it at all, which was fantastic! His workers had been with him a long time, and were courteous, very knowledgeable, professional, and personable, answering all our questions. They cleaned up everything thoroughly on a daily basis, and arrived on time. At the end, they replaced all the window hardware, and in fact removed most of it prior to beginning even though we were supposed to do it... The windows look fantastic and our house was cooler during the following heat wave! We highly recommend them!!

The installation crew was on time, courteous, & knowledgeable. Overall excellent job. They cleaned up completely at the end of each day (even cleaned the sawdust out of my neighbors driveway)

Purchased a home that needed updating, particularly to improve energy efficiency. Clear Choice was the most courteous and professional in providing a bid on the job. The work on done on time, on the date promised, and minor fixes attended to promptly.

It was very pleasant to work with Mo, the owner. He is very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained us the different window options and materials. He listened to our needs and wishes and came up with a window solution that was both beautiful and affordable. Other companies either tried to sell us their only product as the best product ever or didn't give a lot of information on different types and options. Mo was very patient, met with us several times and gave us a no-nonsense account of the different brands and window types. We decided on wood/aluminum clad windows from SierraPacific. The windows are beautiful, yet not as expensive as other wood window products. We are very happy with the look and outcome. The installation went smoothly. The crew, all employees, were very thorough and diligent and Mo did an excellent job with quality control and attention to detail. When the installation or caulking was not perfect he had his crew do it again. The installation of the bay window was a bigger construction act, but it turned out beautiful. We are glad we got rid of our old ugly aluminum windows. We had some issues with responsiveness of Sierra Pacific, but Clear Choice always stayed in the loop and made sure we received our response.

We replaced 5 windows and a sliding door as part of a kitchen remodel. Mo, the owner of Clear Choice Windows and Doors, was very courteous, patient, and knowledgeable as we debated what type of windows and door to get, how they should open, whether wood or fiberglass, etc. He provided us with sensible options and made very helpful suggestions. Installation went flawlessly. His crew, not sub's, were skilled, quick, and pleasant to be around. The windows look great. We are totally satisfied and have asked him to come back and give us bids for more window replacements upstairs.

They were excellent across the board. They were top notch. The crew was conscientious, clean, and left the driveway in a cleaner state than they found it in.

It went very well, starting with the estimate. Fiberglass frames are more expensive than vinyl and this estimate was the lowest of all we received. Mo was very friendly and professional and took the time to answer promptly all the various questions we had as we learned more about these windows and had to make decisions on a variety of preferences for what we wanted. He also checked back frequently while the work was in progress and came back after the work was done to make sure we were completely satisfied. His workmen were also very friendly and professional, and took care to not track dirt in the house and clean up very thoroughly afterward. We did lose a plant outside the patio, but that was the only issue. After the job was initially completed, there was a lock on one window and a screen on the sliding glass door in the kitchen that needed to be fixed. One of Clear Choice's workmen came out within a few days to fix the window lock and a Milgard representative came out in a few weeks to replace the screen on the sliding glass door. They're both fine now. The only real problem we had was a delay on getting the windows installed. The orginal estimate was 4-5 weeks from the time we agreed that Clear Choice would do the job. But there was a delay at the factory and it ended up taking another 4 weeks to get them installed. The windows look beautiful and we're very happy with them. The house seems a little bit more comfortable (we had double-paned before and keep the house very cool, so we didn't expect a big difference here. However, it may be more noticeable in the winter). We did notice a significant difference in noise reduction - it is much quieter now. Overall, this was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend Clear Choice.

We had Clear Choice out twice to replace our windows in two phases. In both instances their crew was on time, friendly and efficient. Both replacements were done in the winter during very cold weather, and I was so impressed with how knowledgeable and capable they were that I was comfortable staying in my office with the door closed and the space heater on. The windows look great, perform even better, and we haven't had an bit of trouble with any of them. Mo was recommended to us by a neighbor who is very finicky, and they lived up to their reputation and then some. We have and continue to be happy to recommend them to anyone that needs their windows replaced. They don't get any better than Clear Choice, and you will not be disappointed.

Excellent, excellent, excellent! They did a beautiful job, it has been a little more than a year since they did the install, but we notice a significant difference on heat retention as well as cooler temps in the summer. I would highly recommend this company for this service, they are so professional and Mo the owner really knows his stuff. He went over and above to check everything for us and make suggestions for long term improvement. We are so happy with their work! The work and supplies are top notch!!

The best ever!! This was a great experience with a contractor, too bad all aren't as good as Clear Choice.

Of the five highly rated companies that gave estimates for this job, we chose Clear Choice--and we're glad we did. We decided to work with the owner, Mo, not only because he beat out the other contenders in terms of cost, but because he inspired confidence as he thoroughly and candidly explained our options. During the installation process (which took two and a half days) Mo's employees paid close attention to detail and were responsive to our questions. Clearly they take pride in their work. We couldn't be happier.

We did a lot of research and interviewed four companies before selecting Clear Choice. Overall, this was a great experience. We were very clear on what we wanted and the company provided exactly what we needed. We made some changes to the original proposal but these changes were accomodated with no complaint. Clear Choice was able to solve a major problem for us that no other company could solve to our satisfaction. The front door was difficult to measure and replace. We wanted a door with two side lites and a standard 36 inch door. Other companies told us that we would have to compromise with a smaller door or only have one side lite. Clear Choice had the door custom built so that we could get exactly what we wanted. After signing the contract, we were told that the installation date would take place 7 weeks after signing. The installation date was exactly on time. The windows were installed within three days. There were a few glitches during the installation: one window was defective, the door knobs didn't fit the door, etc. But these issues were resolved to our satisfaction. The installers had to come back three times to fix all the issues but we actually looked forward to their visits as these were a great bunch of guys to work with.

There was some initial leakage after installation but that was due to the quality of the original window frames. It was repaired promptly the next day.

We had a great experience with Mohsen and his company Clear Choice Windows and Doors. He was very responisve, explained everything very clearly and always followed up with us, even though our decison process took a long time. After we had indicated that we are looking for windows other than Vinyl, he went out of his way to help us find products that might match what we were looking for. In the end we decided to go with another company that were the exclusive dealer for the prodcut we liked best. Nevertheless, I can highly recommend Clear Choice Windows and beleive they woudl have done an excelent job.

Clear Choice explained its recommendations thoroughly, as well as why certain things might or might not work in different locations in the house. They were very professional and answered questions promptly. The team was friendly without overdoing it and handled their work very well, checking themselves along the way. They cleaned up nicely, showed up when they said they would, and finished on time. Everyone involved was a pleasure to work with.

We live in a condo which had 70's-vintage aluminum sliders and patio door. We called Clear Choice to give us an estimate. Mo visited and walked us through what the process would be, and made a preliminary measurement, but wouldn't give an estimate on the spot, which actually feels more professional to us. He followed up with a written proposal, and we proceeded. The next step was that Mo returned for a more precise measurement and confirmation of the window style. We were a little surprised that fabrication of the windows and scheduling of the installation took as long as it did (about two months), given the state of the economy, but I guess that's testiment to Clear Choice's reputation that they're so busy right now. As it turned out, they were able to actually do the work several weeks sooner than they had scheduled, which was a pleasant surprise. The installers (employees of Clear Choice, not subs!) were courteous, efficient, neat, very professional, friendly without being chatty, and best of all, speedy! They dealt easily and safely with the difficult third-story installation requiring their ladders to be placed in the traffic lane of our busy parking garage (no complaints from the neighbors!) The installation ran into two problems which were handled properly and efficiently. First, one of the windows delivered from Milgard was out-of-sqaure. It was returned to the factory and re-fabricated while the work on the other windows continued, and was available after correction, for installation the next day. The second problem was that one of the openings (our patio door) was out-of-square. This required them to return an extra day to re-cut and shim the opening. There was a very reasonable small additional charge for this added work and time. Clear Choice does not re-finish the walls surrounding their installation. The work was neat enough that no refinishing was need inside except for a few small touch-ups. We were able to paint three of the finished openings ourselves, which gave us the opportunity to inspect them very closely. The work looked great. The other two we will have painted by a professional. No 30' ladders for me! The Milgard windows look and operate very well. Together with the excellent installation, we have already noticed a substantial drop in street noise inside, and they helped keep us cool in the recent Indian Summer heat. We're looking forward to a more comfortable winter, too.

It was a fantastic experience. They replaced it with fibre glass windows and replaced the windows trim. They did a fantastic job. They were very professional. They had a great eye for detail. They cleaned up everyday after themselves. They were here when they said they would be here and they finished on time. They did a great job.

The two installers, Tyler and Devin, were very professional, considerate and proud of doing the best work they could accomplish. It required mostly using ladders, on uneven ground, working on 2nd story windows. They worked long hours to make sure everything was perfect. They were cheerful and informative. Mo, the owner visited the site, inspected the work, answered all my questions. I was provided with federal tax credit information, rebates, and warranties, making the net cost very affordable. They even cleaned my driveway before leaving. I did not know this company, but when visiting their office seminar, I saw a wall plaque stating Angie's List SuperService 2008 Award, which confinced me of their quality.

I found them on Angie's list. They were very efficient. They respected my house, which I was happy with. They cleaned up after themselves. They were on time. They took the amount of time that they told me. The job took about four or five days.

After I was cheated by a fraudulent company, no longer in business, Clear Choice got the work done for me in a timely and professional manner.
