My experience with Marshall's has been nothing short of horrible. We paid Marshall's to install a new furnace, add an air conditioning unit, and move our water heater. The plumber they contracted completely screwed up our pipes when moving the hot water heater leaving us unable to get more than a trickle of hot water for 4 days. They installed the AC Unit, but then completely forgot to run power to it. We discovered this months later when it was 100 degrees out. We stuck with them and had them come out to perform yearly maintenance on our brand new furnace. Unsurprisingly, everything checked out because the furnace was literally brand new. 3 months later the furnace is broken and Marshall's wants me to go without heat for a week before looking into it. Avoid this company at all costs. They are an absolute disaster and will cause you more headaches in the long run.

The office staff had excellent customer service skills and assured me they were sending a specialist to give me a quote and information. I did not have to wait long, the specialist was on time and polite but very quiet. She did not vollunteer any information about insulating other than her company could not do it because of metal beams. I had to ask lots of questions in order to get a bare amount of information about what she knew of insulation for a project like mine. I'm under the impression I was beneath her level of expertise and not worth having a conversation with.

Excellent. First contact representative very helpful and informative, clearly explaining all our options. Up sale options offered, but no 'salesman' pressure. A pleasure to deal with. Original replacement furnace was damaged by third party supplier during delivery. The Marshall's tech noticed this damage while unpacking the factory crate/box. Internal damage would have made this device unsafe, dangerous to install. Very high skill to notice this. And great integrity doing the right thing to not install it. A replacement was located, ordered and picked up by Marshall's employee (200mile round trip). And still it was installed and operating before dinner on the same day as originally promised. Installation was professionally completed by very polite and considerate technicians. Well done Marshall's for all facets of our furnace replacement. THANK-YOU 1\! Thank-you Marshall's !

Everything went smoothly and on time until we discovered that attaching the new horizontal-venting AC unit to the side of the house caused an intolerable humming/buzzing on the inside, disturbing the peacefulness. After several hours spent trying to insulate the bracket to dampen noise, with little success, Marshall's sent a 2-man crew for a third visit and after we agreed to split the cost of the extra material and labor, installed an elevated stand (we're in a newly designated flood zone) not attached to the house, and the new AC is now a peaceful servant. Because we agreed that the noise caused by the first bracket was unanticipated, it seemed only fair to split the cost with Marshall's.

I am very pleased with the services I received from Marshall's starting with the energy advisor who scoped the project as well as the office crew and the installers. They were great about itemizing and explaining the costs associated with the bid, scheduling the work, coordinating with the city inspector and completing the project when the inspection was done.

The office staff was very unhelpful and uncoordinated with service and scheduling. Multiple calls were made, with different answers, with different staff, with each call. They were unwilling or unable to answer my questions or just gave negative responses. The technician was very professional, on time and good at explaining his work. 2 units/systems were worked on.

We used them for service and we actually did just have a problem and they were very, very good and prompt about fixing it. It started making funny noises and it turned out that it was the air exchanger in our furnace. They were able to, the guy who came, I thought he was wonderful and I wished that I can not think of his name so I could give him kudos but he was able to get a order in for the parts on a Wednesday. He got it in on Friday morning. They had an opening and they were able to do it all. We're very grateful. We had a little rust from the heat and smoke here from the fire. During the time we had to have how windows open, so we were very fortunate.

The price is standard, it's fine. I don't really know compared to other companies. It's just routine maintenance. They send out people that know what they are doing and are competent. They do a good job and clean up after themselves.
