Great. Showed up on time and did a great job. Stains, dirt and wear all gone. Jeremy was terrific. He also let me know at the outset the actual price, which I had expected to be a little higher than the quote since the quote uses "standard room size" and I have a really large family room and two extra long hallways. So no surprises there either.

Grade of A Plus. Scott Stedman was both our estimator and carpet cleaning tech. Our rugs had some tough spots after training a puppy we got six months ago. I think you know what I mean. We also have another dog that enjoys tracking mud into the house when it rains. Scott out did himself getting the spots and stains out of the carpets, they look great, and we opted for the Teflon Treatment, which was free, as the result of a "special" Brothers was offering. Scott is very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. Brothers equipment is top notch and that really makes a difference. We will Have Brothers back the next time we need our carpets cleaned, they are not high pressure or trying to sell you things you don't want. That is very important to my wife and myself.

This was one of companies recommended by our carpet installer. We were concerned about both professionalism and residue/allergy issues given bad experiences we have had in the past. Brothers uses green products. Scott was very professional and fast and did an excellent job of extracting the water and not leaving any residue or odor of any kind. Very good experience.

It went VERY well!! I highly recommend Brothers, not only for their professional employees, but for the quality of the job done. Gary arrived promptly at 8 a.m. and was done by 10:30 (much earlier than I expected, considering the size of the area I wanted to be cleaned. The carpet looks almost new (there are a few small spots where the carpet had been bleached - nothing anyone can do about that), and I couldn't be happier with the work he did. I will recommend Brothers to anyone who asks!!

Wonderful experience. Scott was friendly, competent and fast. I was thinking about replacing the 30 year old Berber carpet in the living room, but after Scott cleaned it, I have decided to save my money for now. It really does look good!

The provider was very professional, punctionual, cheerful and energetic. The job took about three hours.

We received a helpful appointment reminder phone call the day before the service was scheduled. Scott arrived on time and presented himself very professionally. He took great care to protect wall corners where hoses or equipment could cause damage. After measuring the area to be cleaned, he set up his equipment very quickly and proceeded with the cleaning process. The final result was excellent. Our old carpets looked almost like new. This was the best experience we've had with any carpet cleaning company over the years. Thanks for a job very well done!

Scott, with Brothers Carpet Cleaning, Inc. has been cleaning our carpets for the past five years. Prior to finding Brothers, I had tried three other companies....I had tried three companies because I couldn't find a company that had actually gotten my carpets clean so I had no choice but to keep trying to find a company that did a good job and made me happy with the results. I was throwing away my money with those other carpet cleaners and feeling like I had been ripped off.....not with Brothers. A deal is not a deal if they don't do a good job! Scott, with Brothers Carpet Cleaning, shows up on time, I am comfortable having him in my home, and does a great job! .

Brothers was quick to schedule and very punctual. The man they sent was very professional---he answered all of our questions and gave us a real square-foot quote before beginning work. He set out protective pads to keep our wood floors clean as he prepared to clean our carpet, and he worked tirelessly until the job was done. We had our carpets steam cleaned, which was an excellent choice because there was no residual chemical smell, and the carpets dried very quickly even for a rainy day (he also used his own blower fans to facilitate drying while he worked elsewhere in the house). I would use them again and recommend them to my friends.

We worked with Scott Stedman. He was quick to respond to our inquiry with a bid. He arrived on time on date set. Scott is easy to work with --courteous and efficient in his work. Carpets were cleaned well. Really positive experience.

Scott was our technician. He arrived promptly, we left and returned 1 1/2 hours later and everything looked great. Scott was professional, friendly and explained everything really well. The work was great!

We bought a house and I wanted to get the carpets cleaned before we moved in, which was a short time frame. The receptionist worked me in on the day I needed and the technician came in early to make it happen. He showed up on time, went right to work and cleaned 3 rooms and 46 stairs. The carpets looked great when he finished and afterwards. We also had Brothers clean the carpets at the rental we were in, 3 bedrooms. There was a miscommunication on the scheduled time, but totally understandable. The technician was very polite and worked quickly and efficiently. Those carpets looked like new when he was finished. We will definitely use them again.

Scott arrived on time. Answered all questions and explained what we could expect. Carpets appear new color and worn areas are improved. No pet odors noticed. This was our biggest concern. Would not hesitate to call Brothers again for carpet cleaning.

We were very satisfied with Brothers and will use them again. We called the day before and needed our carpets cleaned within the next few days. They were able to accommodate us get us an appointment time quickly, which, given our circumstances, we sincerely appreciated. The carpets looked really nice after they were finished. We also asked them to do our upholstery on a couch and a loveseat, and the pillows on both. They fit that into our appointment as well. Although we gave them a "B' on price because they are slightly more expensive than we had anticipated, we were really pleased with the quality of the work and will use them again. They are worth the money!

The cleaner was real professional and got right to work after bidding the job. No hidden fees and the Cleaner worked for over 1.5 hours. Carpets looked pretty good. Hard to tell, because they were damp. By the next morning, the carpets dried well and look and feel good. We will highly consider using Brothers again.
